Unprofessional approach
I made online payment on 29th Nov but no response or mail was received till I made call on helpline after few days of waiting. I was again not provided any estimate delivery time nor received mail. It is only after 3 weeks when I requested over phone for refund or any alternate purchase since it was already much delayed, I received a mail (first time) mentioning that my medicine is being dispatched from US.

S-L-O-O-O-O-W SERVICE
My order was confirmed on 11th October 2019. As of this morning, the shipment status is showing in transit to India (having been dispatched from NYC day before yesterday, i.e., 30th October 2019). Also, 24th october is when the courier partner has received the shipment instructions from you. 13 days to dispatch an order and then a further 6 days to actually leave the US is not acceptable. Will not be using herbspro again for sure.
