2 day hire from Basingstoke, clean modern van, easy to book. Helpful staff and good value. No nonsense, no hidden extras, nice people to deal with.

The process was seamless for the van hire at Kintore, Aberdeenshire. The gauge looked a little shy of full but was told it was a quirk when I brought it back to close the rental. There are some inconsistencies in the filling for small vans with the gauges, hence I thought I was covering someone else's fuel! However, Greig O'Donnell (Manager) pointed this out as a quirk and credited me money back (portion of fuel) within half an hour of the hire return in good will, which I appreciated greatly. The van was spotless, in good mechanical shape, it had the tie down hooks in the back and drove very nicely. I highly recommend the Aberdeenshire branch with great service from the team and manager himself. thank you and Ill be back again for my next hire.

What a time wasters! Agreed to buy van when came from London to St.Edmunds they said they dont have van and said come tomorrow.Its 100 miles one way.What a nightmare no excuses nothing.

This is the second time I have used them, reasonable price, friendly, pragmatic and good quality van.

I used the Nottingham branch, it was a poor experience. I booked a 8am pickup to be amazed that the manager strolled in at 9:10. The system was not working so I had to manually fill out forms again, to then find the card machine was not working and I needed to process a bank transfer. The vehicle was old and did not register fuel intake so i heavily overfilled the tank from what i was issued 1/.8th full

We hired a transit from the Ashford branch. The van we hired was in excellent condition and we had no mechanical issues. The cost to hire and take the van abroad was actually affordable and viable compared to several other hire companies. We would definitely use this company again.
