Firstly don't understand why, when all reviews to date have been 5 star it shows overall as 4 star
Have used Heritage twice for front and back garden fencing and replacement gate, and about to choose then again. Both teams (two teams of two different people) who came were professional, polite, friendly, checked with us as the job progressed and tidied up, they were also very respectful of next door's garden as well as our property. Price of wood has increased in recent years and so fencing is not cheap but we needed installers we could trust and it was clear from when Christian came to measure up and discuss the jobs, Heritage is a reliable company

I found their prices to be good and the delivery process / quality of goods delivered were excellent.

First, I don’t understand why there is a 'TrustScore 3.7' when the only review here is also 5 star.

My experience has also been 5 star, they are very good at what they do, supplying fencing and outdoor timbers and garden buildings. Their range is from a £1 ground peg up to a fully built summerhouse and they are good to deal with.

Good supplier of fencing timber, accessories and equipment. They have a decent range, are helpful via phone, prices are sensible, delivery or collection options both good. Recommend.
