Heritage Tree & Gardens 

Door salesman came to the door, producing a Heritage information card and asked if I was interested in topping a dead tree in my garden a price was agreed. The tree was topped and the waste was put on the other side of the fence. After 1week the waste is still there. They answered my 1st call and said they would look into it. 3 more calls have gone unanswered. The waste is on council ground and a fire risk. Their card states “all rubbish removed and recycled” I don’t think so!

I was house-sitting for a dear friend and had a tree come down. They removed a wind blown pine safely off the garage roof with their great technical rigging to avoid further damage. All went well.
