Brilliant service!! From the point of contacting Rob, having the home visit, discussing what was needed, and having a finalised will was all completed in a matter of days. Rob knew I was due to be away and was keen to have it completed before I went and pulled out all the stops including completing amendments as well. Rob originally wrote my will ten years ago and explained all the ins and outs in a way that I could understand. Recently I had to update my will. Again he made me aware of all necessary information by phone call and proceeded to complete my will in a speedy and professional manner.

Fantastic service from Rob, who I would highly recommend. I was putting off doing my will fearing it would be complicated, but it was quite the opposite. Rob was patient, knowledgable, with excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble, definitely a 5* service.

Doing a will seems like a minefield especially when you have remarried and have joint children and children from a previous marriage. Rob made it easy to understand and gave us guidance about our wishes and asked about things we hadn't thought about so every eventuality was covered. He was very professional and offered a very prompt service. Would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family

We met Rob over 14 years ago when we first made our will , he was so acknowledgable and spent time with us explaining all the legal jargon so it made sense to us and easy to understand, forward to now , and I telephoned Rob so we could make some changes to our will , he came over to our house and over a cup of tea we made the changes , it was so easy and pain free , in all those years between our first meeting with Rob , he's still the same friendly person and so easy to talk to and he gave us a lot of good advice .I would recommend Rob at Heritage Will Writers 100% .

Rob originally came out to our house in October 2018 to assist myself and husband in writing mirror wills. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, dealing with all our queries and requests with compassion and understanding. He answered all questions succinctly and clearly and provided us with our documents in a timely manner. Writing our wills with Rob was a stress-free process that occurred from the comfort of our own home.
