The person who took my order was disinterested ee on the edge of miserable .it would have made the start of my journey really nice so note training required here , I felt as though I was boring her I just asked her about the coffee …

The best coffee bean we’ve tried! We use their subscription service. It’s always on time - we’ve never missed our caffeine fix. The customer service Hermonas provides has been so enjoyable and easy - they’re very responsive via email and friendly. Love the new packaging and branding too!

Quick delivery of quality product

The coffee is still amazing. The new packaging is awful. I don’t know why they have changed it but it’s definitely not an improvement.

I've consistently received prompt delivery when ordering from this company, and their variety of flavors are all excellent - I highly suggest trying them. Since discovering them, I always choose their freshly ground espresso when ordering.
Out of the various brands I've tried, including those found in popular retail stores and grocery stores (you can guess which ones), this one stands out as my favorite. One of the major advantages is that they roast their own beans, ensuring a level of freshness that can't be matched by retail options.
The only thing I don't like is the new packaging. I preferred the previous version more, but the quality of the coffee remains top-notch!:)
If you're a coffee lover, I strongly recommend this brand - and no, I wasn't asked to write this; it's my own honest opinion.

I fell in love with Hermanos since my first long black. The quality is consistently high, they have many shops across London, and they provide loyalty cards through Embargo.

I'm subscribed to their delivery service and I regularly receive high-quality freshly roasted coffee at home (next one is due tomorrow, I can't wait).

Used Hertmanos for the second time recently. Quick delivery, nice package, instruction on how to brew coffee in different ways, what is useful for beginners. In the second package, I got a present - a shopper. Positive experience overall, sad some coffees are on the micro lots and some of them impossible to buy twice in a row as they are sold out quickly.
