I have had 2 orders for palisade fencing over the last 2 years. The first order was 12 fixings bags short, the second order after the name change from Safe Fence to Hermeq I was a quantity of corner fishplates short that never did come. I complained and in the end gave up being promised call backs and not getting anywhere. Since then I have bought from First Fence and F H Brundle who are both very good. Out of the blue I get an invoice saying I owe £10.80 after over a year since my last order which you have to pay in full before delivery. Do not trust this company. (The delivery drivers deserve 5 stars though as they were great!)

Really puzzeled by the negative reviews here. My experience was very good with the only issue being communication at one point. Delivery was estimated as 3 days, arrived in 4 at a time when heavy rain storms were affecting travel here in France. Product is as described and in perfect condition.

Hermeq are an absolute disgrace. The product I ordered was showing in stock on the website! I then called to check that I could get the product within the 2 days advertised, they confirmed and I placed the order paying for a 2 day delivery. Needless to say I am still waiting for the product some 13 days after placing the order.

Awful company! Rude staff who couldn't care less about my order being delayed. I definitely will not use again!

No delivery on the agreed time. Suddenly no delivery at all. There is NO COMMUNICATION. Ive cancelled the order and are unable to contact them regarding my money back.

Absolute abhorrent company!!!

Customer service and communication were good, and a refund was issued quickly after we couldn’t come to an agreement. However, waiting four weeks only to be disappointed with V-mesh fencing that arrived badly damaged was far from ideal.

So unless you’re never going to look at the fence or your customer is blind, don’t order the powder-coated V-mesh fencing!

I WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD ON THE DAY IT WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WHAT A JOKE

We purchased goods from this company in the UK. It was a large pallet full which we didn't fully un pack at the time and check each item, maybe we should have! As we have found 4 months later that a percentage of the order is of poor quality with manufacturing faults. This is the second time we have had this issue, first time round the goods were refunded without quibble, but this time due to the lapse of time from the delivery they wont refund. I think its a shame as its a small percent of the overall order. Poor customer service/support.
