I love shopping at hermo.my because they offer a wide range of beauty, skincare, and baby products all in one place. As a customer in Malaysia, the prices are reasonable, and delivery is usually fast. The products are authentic, and the website is easy to use.
I had ordered my item while it was on sale and with an ongoing promo. However, after days of not receiving my order, I found that my order has been cancelled, and what's worse, they hadn't even mentioned this to me by email until I went to check on my order status. And they also haven't notified me how they'll be processing my refund! Now, the item I want is no longer in stock so I'm not going to bother putting on another order. Avoid ordering here.
It is definitely a legit company however, what I'm dissatisfied with the most is probably the courier part. We have an account / app, yet they never update us on the tracking of the parcel. There is a tracking number but on the app itself, they never informed us whether they have packed the item, sent it out or even delivered the item hence, I wouldn't know when they are delivering the item or whether they actually even knew that I ordered something. But nevertheless, it took two weeks and more for the parcel to arrive unexpectedly at my doorstep and it was delivered in good condition. They should improve this part of their service, what's the point of building an app and it doesn't do what it's supposed to do? And sometimes, tracking numbers doesn't really show you the whole process until the last minute.
I've purchased quite a lot of things from Hermo Malaysia and so far it was good. They have a wide variety of skincare/beauty products and sometimes they have discounts on certain big brands. They used to give free shipping if you place order of 2 items and above. Last I checked (few weeks ago), they give free shipping if you purchase RM100 and above. Delivery was a bit slow, might be due to the MCO. Overall, my experience with Hermo Malaysia is good.
This website has been providing lots of choices and fast delivery too. Price is pretty awesome.
