I admit that I was skeptical. But 2 weeks after taking She Again, the improvement was noticeable. After 4 weeks, I stopped hobbling as I walked. I have no more pain in my legs and hips. Love this stuff. It actually works. I need to take four a day, but don't care. I walked two km a couple of days ago, the furthest in over 20 years. I always thought it was arthritis slowing me down, it wasn't. Highly recommend..

I am 64 years old I have been taking Nova now for about 8 months I will continue taking it as long as I live I could not sleep on my hip I could not sleep.
