Improved my overall welbeing…
Decided to try this after experiencing some severe back and hip pain for months. It’s only been a few weeks but I’m certainly feeling more mobile and generally ‘better’ in myself so it seems to be improving my overall well being

Recommendation
I was recommended Nova by my therapist as she has had good results with it. Ordered it a week ago and it arrived yesterday from USA so a swift delivery. As I have only had the first 2 today I can’t say whether it’s having any effect yet. Will wait till I’ve taken it for a month before ordering again.
