Trying Her Nova was my last attempt to relieve peri menopause symptoms before opting for HRT, which I didn't want to take. No more pain and lots of energy

I am finding the subscription comes a lot earlier than required, so I just go onto my account and pause it till I am ready for my next bottle. I wasn't sure this was working, but if I don't take it for a couple of days, I can really tell on my joints!!! It hasn't taken all the pain away but a lot of it. And I have had no other problems with menopause, like brain fog, what brain fog, mood swings, none. Get up and go, well I don't know if that's me content or just cba. I have been on "her again" since the New Year and not regretting yet.
