There are no avenues to use for any meaningful answers to questions.pointless "support", always inundated with questions and complaints, never enough people employed to cope, and never an answer that addresses the question. Just platitudes about passing information on to the developers! Newsfeed answers questions, but in fact avoids answers; eg: why doesn't a thing happen? Answer - if it happens, we will tell you... Campaign ending abrupt, no reward, no notice, nothing... Customers, who pay, deserve better!

It's been 9 days since i spent $127 for 108k emeralds with an olay task. I have not received my emeralds. This is crazy even after i provided proof of my purchase meeting the requirements ironsource and nexters give me nothing! This fraudulent, criminal behavior is unacceptable. I have stopped all spending in game until those emeralds r paid to me and i will never again bother with any task from the task wall. What's the point if they don't give u the emeralds for completing the task?!? 100% robbery. I recommend nobody take the chance unless u r fine with being ripped off. The event i bought those emeralds for is now ending and i got screwed over.

It started well, according the rules, but almost a month ago I began having issues for retiring my earnings. I sent lot of tickets and emails exposing the event to the support, but didn't receive an answer from them. That's a violation of their own rules and a scam. Don't invest money in a project that doesn't support the users
