If I could give this zero Stars I would nothing is as it should be the face on the ID and the wallet do not line up customer service was atrocious shipping took way too long overall just would not recommend

This company is a scam. They send a product that isn’t functional and then don’t resolve their issue. Ridiculous, they could just send a functional item? Why make something that looks like what they’re selling, make the other 2% effort, seriously. Do not purchase it is beyond terrible.

They didn't ship in the indicated times, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it arrived 15 days after Christmas! The product is completely wrong because it doesn't actually do what it should do, the character's image is completely off-center compared to the ID photo! I asked for a refund, but they never responded. I sent them a lots of emails but nothing! Wasted money! Terrible customer service and terrible product!

This company is only a scam and fraudulent that should be blocked. They have stolen many buyers funds, and not delivering the product announced.

I have never received my product! I placed my order 11/28/2024 and when I track my order it’s been in transit since 12/08/2024. Now my order states it has expired and the company will not respond to my inquiries.

They didn’t ship in the time frame they stated. Then when I asked for refund, they have yet to reply. I have emailed them weekly for almost 3 months now. Terrible customer service and the quality of the product sucks because it doesn’t actually do what it’s intended to do.

Scam. Poor quality and refuses to honor their own return policy.

My order never shipped, I reached out for info since it was during the postal strike. Like others here, I got the generic response from Lauren about looking into it. Then radio silence despite multiple follow ups. I finally disputed the charge as fraudulent with my credit card company and got a refund through them. Also, they do not ship from the US, they ship from China. Fraudulent from start to finish.

I ordered and received 2 ID holders that do not fit anything. Tried contacting through emails, instagram - a couple of template answers and this is it. Horrible, why not make those more fitting and actually earn money and make people happy?

Total scam. Cutouts do not line up with face on ID, have emailed multiple times to return product, received one response that “they are working on a resolution”, no further comment. It’s been almost 2 months. Buyer beware.

Do not order. I should have read reviews but 100% agree that the id card does not line up and you get a support response the first time then NOTHING except crickets after. No return or refund … crappy purchase.

Heroic IDs was misleading and dishonest from the beginning. They used confusing tactics about adding items to your order - but I can accept responsibility for that. The items didn’t arrive until weeks after promised. When they did l, the order was incorrect. I emailed with photos immediately. I got one email back from Lauren, telling me she’d escalate my concern and she has ignored the three emails since. The product is such a great idea but it does not line up correctly to a New York ID and this company cannot be trusted. They send me marketing once a day but cannot respond to a customer email. Please don’t waste your time and money on such an irresponsible company.

Absolutely a scam. Same thing others have written, ordered and ID holder that doesn't line up at all with an actual ID. After several emails got a response from Lauren saying they'd look into it. Literal months and multiple follow ups later, no response and I've lost the money. Wish there was a way to sue this company it's complete fraud

This is a scam. I would put 0 stars if I could. I never received my order from October and have emailed countless times asking for my money back, as their website indicates is possible. "Lauren" responded asking for time to look into my order, and then stopped all further communication. Do NOT order from them

Order received late and license doesn't line up with cut out. Requested a refund the day it was received and after several unanswered emails, I got a response from a Lauren who then never replied back and I'm out my money. Stay away from this company. SCAM.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Received my wallet id on 1/14/25 and as stated by several people my drivers licensed ID no where near lined up with the the image on the wallet. Emailed on 1/17/25 received a response 1/19/25 that Lauren would contact her supervisor and I would hear back from her shortly. Now 14 days later and at least 8
emails never answered I still have nothing. What a huge scam! I’ve turned this over to PayPal to recoup the money they stole from me

Don’t buy this. It doesn’t fit ids and they will not respond to you for a refund. No matter how many attempts you make to contact them. Do not waste your money. FULL SCAM

I purchased 2 items for my husband at the beginning of December and my ordered hasn't arrived yet. Like come on it's been 2 months. I contacted support about it 3 weeks ago and still no reply. This company is a scam
