My company has used Hero's Pride for over 15 years to produce our patches for our customers. In the past several years our Sales Rep. has given us top notch service and is always willing to listen to any of our concerns. We have checked out other companies and Hero's Pride works with you to help win the contracts.

First off, quality of the work is the best I've seen.
Customer service is fast to respond and always helpful.
I have been dealing with Hero's Pride for over 20 years. My company has used other companies to make patches and the quality was no where near what I see here. Turnaround time is reasonable and if you need it faster there is an option for that. I have a brag book set up to show customers with the patch they brought in to be remake, and the new patch from Hero's Pride. The difference in quality is a strong selling point.
Are they the cheapest? Not always. Are they the Best? I think so.

I use Hero's Pride very often. The staff are very helpful. They will answer any of your questions and help you find the product that will work best for you. The staff are helpful and great to deal with. The products sale great in my store.
