Took a week before they lied to say item wasnt in stock
Chose herotoyz as it said item was in stock in EU warehouse so would only take a week.
A week later, i emailed. They only responded when i posted on the fb group. Lied and said item was lost in transit. It hadnt been shipped on order updates so this was clearly bs and they had a stock error and wouldnt admit it.
Only offered to ship from china, or choose another item. Neither of these options suit...and now i wont have item on time because they wasted me a week. Im looking for a refund. Not a replacement!
