From the moment Louise answered the phone to the time Bayley left after fixing a burst pipe in my double-brick wall I felt I was in safe hands.
The day after I heard water inexplicably flowing through the pipes in my laundry room I rang Herrings Coastal Plumbing & Gas Fitters begging for help. Louise was right on it and directed one of their plumbers - young Bayley - to drop by my house after he finished a job near to my home.
Bayley was polite, tidy, communicative, and above all successful in finding the leak with minimal destruction of the walls, and replaced the pipe that very afternoon. I was amazed and very grateful.
The tax invoice arrived a few days later and I was absolutely blown away by how reasonable the cost was of all that time and work!
