It’s been an easy way to release weight…
It’s been an easy way to release weight and the benefits have been surprising. The first thing you notice is that there is no more food noise, which is a welcome relief but it’s goes deeper than that because you quickly realise that you need to be conscious of what you fuel your body with to give you optimal nourishment and energy. It continues to be a learning process for me and I am grateful so far for the progress that I have made.

I started the Juniper program 30/6/2026
I started the Juniper program on Mounjaro 2.5 Whilst the medication started working immediately it was the Juniper app that has been critical in showing how I needed to change the ratios of food I was eating. Each meal is logged and macros counted and added to the totals of protein, fat, fibre and carbs that I should have each day. I had not realised how small my consumption of protein had been. I eat more now than I had previously but it’s more of the right food groups. I am using mounjaro as the tool to reset my attitudes and approach to food long term. This is not a quick fix method but a reset for the future. My dose was not increased for my 2nd month, following a check in with the team, as I was still responding well to the medication. The team are always available through the app to address any concerns or queries regarding diet etc. Thanks Juniper, already starting to feel like my old self.

40+kg down and somehow I’m a gym person now?! 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Juniper.
I’ve lost over 40kg during my weight loss journey which still feels absolutely WILD to write, but the biggest thing for me is how much my life has changed outside of the number on the scales.
Somehow I have become a person who willingly goes to the gym, plays pickleball, gets excited about getting stronger and actually wants to look after herself?! 😂 Who even is she?!
What I really love about Juniper is that there’s an actual team behind you. Having access to medical support, dietitians and health coaching has been so helpful whenever I’ve had questions, needed advice or had one of those moments where the scales refuse to cooperate and I’m ready to throw them out the window. 😂
It also feels realistic. I haven’t had to become a completely different person who survives on chicken and broccoli and never eats chocolate again. I still go out, have takeaway, enjoy food and live my actual life — I’m just learning how to make it all work together.
I still have a way to go, but for the first time I genuinely feel like I’m building habits I can keep for life, and I’m bloody proud of how far I’ve come.
Juniper has been such a huge support along the way and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me 💚.
