3 1/2 months in and I am at my half way…
3 1/2 months in and I am at my half way mark and couldnt be happier. I have had a few moments when I've felt a little unwell, but after chatting to the juniper they gave me tips and followed up on me. Service has been very attentive.

The Juniper program has been a life changer. From being pre-diabetic and classified as obese, I have achieved healthy and sustainable weight loss. I changed my eating habits to eat high protein healthy foods and made a concerted effort to drink more water. I have lost 16kg’s so far in 10 months and couldn’t be happier. Long term sustainable results
14 months ago I was wanting to make a long term change to my mindset about weight. I wanted to drop weight, steady my peri menapause and stop punishing myself in the gym. I went to the Dr and asked for help. They told me to eat less and healthier and shamed me when I asked if there was anything they could do to help me do that. I learnt about Juniper and joined with medication and a coach to support me. It took me about 2-3 months to get my habits aligned (eating thr right foods and enough (200 cal deficit daily), key was water and protien daily amounts with increase to full dose before I started to see and feel sustainable results setting in. In 6 months I felt great, my weight was down, moods and emotions more rational, no longer punishing myself in the gym (moderate wieghts and cardio 3 times a week for 45 min), I was on the right path to success. At 10 months I hit my goal wieght and was feeling like super woman. I have now been on maintenance dose for 4 months, maintaining healthy decisions, weight and size. It took me over a year to correct habits built over 50 years so I am determined to not short cut my maintenance process making sure I don't fall back into old habits. Thank you Juniper I am back in control of my life.
