The actual car hire was smooth. The car was clean, relatively new and got us from A to B nicely. However, there is no clear instructions on where to pick up/drop off in downtown Tirana. It’s effectively ran from a square within the Center, there is no physical office/stand. We ended up picking up the car outside Hotel Colesso after the staff there helped us out by phoning them up. We would advice choosing another company.
