NOT NATIVE MADE!

I got blocked on a live all because I asked if the jewelry was native made. Why would this happen if you are selling authentic Native American made jewelry? They seem to have burned bridges with all native artists and now are selling foreign made jewelry implying its Native American and blocking anyone who asks. If you look at other reviews it confirms. They are STEALING designs from Native Artist who refuse to work for slave wages so they can take the lions share.

not true to word

Placed an order during Thanksgiving weekend for Christmas gifts that were guaranteed to ship by
December 10th. The company finally admitted in an email response that they were behind. There are no updates ever. Finally, I was able to cancel the order after the first of the year.

Buyer beware - no customer support response

I placed numerous (many) orders with this company, both pre-orders and in-stock goods. Anything in-stock came quickly, but the quality feels light and not as substantial as sterling and turquoise does typically. For pre-orders - hardly anything has shipped. I have sent an average of an email a week or every ten days SINCE APRIL to customer support. My emails are patient and empathetic, never hostile or demanding. (I have managed customer support teams and I know what they go through) They have replied exactly once to apologize and tell me they goofed and would make it right and send me a discount code. Neither of those things have happened and my emails go unanswered. The owner tells everyone on his live sales to "email customer support and they will get right back to you" It has taken every ounce of my restraint to comment "no, no they will not, and buyer beware with this company" Super disappointing, as I wanted to purchase from them, but honestly, I do not think they are professional or handling business in a legal and appropriate way.

Lies about shipping

Ordered a Navajo pearl mystery box on the 2nd of the month. They said it would ship between the 15-30th. I sent an email on the 2nd of the following month, they said it would ship out that week. Still wasn’t shipped. I emailed again the next week. Still nothing.
Never again will I order from them. It’s lie after lie. I just want what I paid for

Do Not Buy!

Purchased item listed as sterling with topaz. "Topaz" did not scratch glass and had obvious casting marks. In fact, glass scratched the "topaz" where topaz is supposed to be harder than glass. Wow! What fantastic natural gems! Wait, no. This indicates the "topaz" was also glass, but I'm not sure why I expected otherwise from a place that tries to pass goldstone glass off as "sunstone".

Items further did not test as sterling.

Company didn't even have the dignity to respond to a Paypal claim. I expected at least a "But...!" email. In fact, that's all I expected based on a company that promotes itself in the way Hespera.com does. No, I didn't even get that.

Beware and be alert. Do not buy!
