I ordered my hair splitend remover in…

I ordered my hair splitend remover in December 2023 , after lots of emails to them no response!!! I wish I'd looked on trust pilote before I brought from them , I did try with PayPal to get refund , I opened my case with them and missed the deadline by a day so couldn't get refund.
Be warded this company have no morals I definitely think they earn their money by scaming people.
They take the money then you receive nothing. They dont answer any emails and rip you off. Thank you Hestia rip of merchants.

SCAMMERS

I paid £39.99 for an item, received an email saying it would be shipped in 48 hours, 2 months later it’s not arrived. No response to emails and no way to get a refund.
