Very professional and well organised company with
deposit and guarantee protection insurance.
Crew were excellent.Put in a 12hour day one day to get ahead of the weather. Quality of work and materials were excellent and the job was competitively priced.

We would highly recommend Hestia, they did a 1st class job on our conservatory roof and even when we changed our mind from cladding to having it plastered inside nothing was too much trouble and done a fantastic plastering job!
All the workers were professional and cleaned up every night!!

Our experience with Hestia has been excellent. Very competitive price, the overall standard of work was first class. The guys that fitted the roof and windows were great and left everything tidy each day. Communication with project manager also good. Would recommend Hestia.

The team were excellent throughout, from sales to workmanship and closing out. They show a great deal of knowledge in improving the roof structure and properties. The team work fast, get on with the job and leave the site as clean as can be expected. They are friendly and professional and explain what they are doing through all sections of the job.

Overall the experience was positive and the price competitive. Work was completed in a respectful and tidy manner until it came to the plastering. Unfortunately as with a previous review the overall standard was not good and the mess!. Plaster everywhere! Came back to 'tidy up the job and proceeded to Polyfill the gaps, just spent an afternoon sanding down the trowel marks. Its a shame as Ed came to inspect the works on the final day, i was not present but he obviously accepted is as good enough.
i cannot however speak highly enough of the electrician, twice he came in the evening after a full day elsewhere to sort out the spotlights.

My experience with this company has been brilliant start to finish. Ed initially attended my home address to look at the conservatory and give me a quote. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I felt his priority was me rather than the money. The price was also very competitive.

There was a quick turnover from deciding to go ahead and the work commencing (3-4 weeks) some of the other companies were suggesting a date near Christmas!

Work commenced on a Monday when 2 guys attended. They were very respectful and had a good sense of humour. On the first day they had the polycarbonate roof and from off, built a timber frame and covered it as the weather wasn't the best. Day 2 they completed the timber element of the roof and put in insulation. On day 3 they put up plasterboard, 6 spot lights and the roof including guttering was done. They were very efficient and I felt I was getting a high level service.

On Friday 2 plasterers attended and plastered the ceiling.

I also had new French doors fitted. Ramos, the project manager was also very helpful. Always available for a chat and providing regularly updates.

The price quoted was all inclusive, no surprise payments for removal of waste etc.

I would highly recommend this team and I wouldn't think twice in using them again.

Just had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a flat roof system. CEO Ed is very reactive. His team were professional and polite. Very competitive price.
My only negative comment is the plasterer let the side down. The main plastering was to a high standard, but the finesse of his finishing had a lot to be desired. What was a 4 day job turned into 3 weeks due to the unreliability of the plasterer. Other than that would highly recommend.
