The first time I ordered, I only ordered one item. It came within the time it said. The top I ordered is in a beautiful fabric which I love. I ordered a size 4XL and it fit perfectly. I wasn't sure that that sizes would fit because of the size 4XL, but it did. So I was enbolden to order more of the pieces I fell in love with. I ordered 5 additional outfits and a pair of shoes. All fit perfectly! I never had any problems what so ever on my items not getting to me. Then covid-19 hit. I could never get back on to the website. I miss having beautiful clothes that fit my size. And in beautiful colors. Please comeback Hetome.

A ‘O’ Rating! Absolutely awful...everything is cheaply made, and doesn't fit. When I inquired about a return, they have ignored me since May! Everything wen into Goodwill and I will have chalk it up to a learning lesson...do not order from unknown internet sites! Stick with the local stores and support local businesses!

I wish I had read reviews on this company before ordering from them! I placed my order HTM4929 in early January and all efforts to track my order have been in vain. No response to emails at all. Tracking my order is impossible! I am afraid this may be scam . I need to know what measures can be taken to save others from experiencing the same suspense that I am going through!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a blouse for my mom for Christmas. My mother finally received her blouse after MONTHES of waiting. The item she received was very cheaply made, not at all as pictured, and even with hand washing and flat air drying fell apart after washing. This item could have been purchased at the Dollar Store. We were very dissatisfied with this shoddy blouse that we FINALLY received, loooong after Christmas and well into the next year of waiting. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company at all. They are non-responsive to emails except with automated responses that will leave you so frustrated you will want to scream. Oh, and don't expect any help from PayPal who ruled in favor of THE SELLER! I will only buy from companies that have excellent customer service and refund policies from now on. Lesson learned!

Honestly please refrain from ordering from here. Go to the store and try it feel it and love it. A big waste of time and they do not reply in any rush what so ever. My item arrived damaged who is responsible for that? They offered me a 25 percent reduction to a piece of clothing I will never wear. Terrible I am still waiting for a reply.

I placed an order for a blouse and pant set. But I never received the pants set. Sent many emails but no reply. Received the blouse after more than a month (even though they said shipping is 15 to 20 days).

I ordered blouse in November 16 and they got my money from my account it’s $40 they tell me arriving in 15-20 business days am still waiting........... today is January 20 2020

I ordered a coat dress and a cotton dress . the coat dress has arrived and soon I hope the cotton one as it was ordered later. Very happy with the coat dress ,,,Size is perfect ,Cut goo, but I think I will change the buttons.. I was very worried after ordering as i thought the site was a scam but they answered very promptly to my enquiries and although the wait was six weeks all is well and they do have some lovely stuff, So will order again and not be worried about the length of time it takes but think of spring now !
