I love my Heusom pet nail grinder

I love my Heusom pet nail grinder. My dog tolerates it much better than trimming and there's no blood involved! When I thought I had lost it I decided to order another right away. Wouldn't you know it. I found it five minutes later! I emailed hoping that maybe I could cancel the order, but not really expecting that. They responded almost right away, even though it was after working hours, that they could cancel the order! Great product and great customer service!

Fuss free claw trimming

After first learning about the Silent Groom Pro, I decided to purchase one for trimming my Siamese cat’s claws. I believe that I will have a far more cooperative kitty than trying to clip with cutters.
I must say that the customer service that I have experienced with Heusom is five stars all the way. They have promptly responded to my emails and answered all my questions satisfactorily. I can’t wait to get this device and no longer getting my hands and arms torn up by my cat’s razor sharp claws.

I had a problem with delivery service…

I had a problem with delivery service and was upset. I contacted customer service and the agent that helped me Gliedyl 😊 was so pleasant and understanding of my problem ..Before you knew it my problem was solved 😀. I am a new customer to your company and I made a mistake on my very first order when I realized I made the mistake. I called your company and I got a hold of a lady named Doreen and she was so helpful. Glad I Tried it!

I was skeptical and didn't think there was actually a nail trimmer that my dog would allow me to use. I am so glad I decided to give it a try! This is the quietest and low vibration nail trimmer that I have ever seen. My senior dog allowed me to trim his nails and was unbothered. Great product that is reasonably priced.
Shipping was great as well.
