HOT weather coming on and wife's Honda Odyssey's air conditioning compressor died.
Ordered a replacement from HexAutoParts and installed it 2 days later.

Never received my part, both USPS and Hex claimed no wrong doing, the delay cost me time and money waiting on a part that never came. Hex's customer service is terrible,as in either pure AI or robot trained humans who repeat the same questions in each email. I don't recommend buying from them, why would they ship a (car part worth money) through USPS ? Is it so they are never accounted for and then walk away screwing people over and making extra money.Also be ready for the gaslighting as you send emails.

Part did not fit and was destroyed when used!

I had ordered an a/c compressor that came defective. Replaced with a second one that works great. No issues at all getting a refund. Service very prompt and professional. Will have no issues using them in the future.

There was a minor issue with verifying my address. Customer service called me the next day for clarification and I appreciate the personal touch. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Hex Auto Parts has delivered solid dependable automotive parts at excellent prices to me in now my second experience with them. I have found their shipping to be prompt and efficient. Excellent Prices and Value for the Money, The parts seem to be decent to good quality which seems to be an issue with many more traditional higher end and more expensive names that seem to have significantly declined today it feels like to me or so it seems anyway. I could not ask for more !!!

The billing was from a third party so I had no clue what that charge was on my credit card. I cancelled my card over it and reported it as fraud. The part arrived, but was used and broken.

They don’t honor there warranty Coustmer service was terrible very disappointing

Customer service agent has very helpful and answeed all my questions. The purchased alternor for my car was a exact fit.
