Using a small vps 5 months, and it have been running fine. Only had one downtime because of planned maintanence.
I haven't really been in contact in support(haven't been needed), so can't comment about that.

The quality of the servers is poor. The panel is terrible, most of the time it does not work. Many errors and it costs the player money, because they cannot use their servers whilst the panel does not respond.
Better stay at multicraft.
