The Worst Company Ever !!!!
The very worst company when it comes to standing behind what they sell. I purchased a humidifier for less than $30.00. Hasn’t worked since day 1. Way over 15 emails back and forth from numerous customer service representatives. I’ve done everything from photos to videos to sending them the order number date of order and the list goes on and on. Finally when I thought I had the issue resolved I get yet another email not only requesting the serial number but my personal phone number. This is absolutely the very worst customer service I have ever encountered with any company!!!! I spent hundreds of dollars including a 6 month membership. This is all than less than 3-4 months ago ! If they won’t stand behind a $30 part what might you think would happen if the light system or something else failed on the unit ? Again the humidifier was ordered with in the last 5 weeks. Total nonsense.

All I wanted was a p/n for the temp an humidity sensor so I can order it, an after repeatedly asking I still didn't get it. The box itself is OK but customer service sucks. What is the problem of getting me a p/n so I can order!! I don't think I would recommend a ABBY TO ANY ONE !! PS: I took the sensor apart an order the the chip myself. I'LL be sodering it in myself late.

The nutrients are garbage as well as support for replacement of their issues.
The nutrients are garbage. Then when you ask for assistance about the nutrients, they tell you to take photos of every single packet and then they’ll replace them. instead of just doing the right thing and replacing the nutrients because you’re selling nutrients that are clump together and stuck, and don’t break down properly, and yet I’ve been a Customer with a service subscription on two devices since your Kickstarter and that’s how you treat loyal people.
They asked for photos and I sent their basic information then I was told to take photos of all the packages I had issues with for them to send me new ones, hate to say why would I have to do that when I just received them and sent my order numbers. Don’t be fooled they make the process difficult for no reason so you don’t do it. So they don’t have to refund or replace what they shipped wrong. I understand growing a company comes with challenges but you don’t burn old customers by making it difficult.

I have tried to grow before but nothing like this. It’s gorgeous the colors the texture the aroma it’s just a thrill to be able to grow. Hey Abby makes it possible that anyone can grow. I can’t wait to it finally finished and can sit back and smoke. Thank you for your help and support you were here for me any question I ask they have the answer ed for me. The next grow will be bigger harvest.

Hey abby staff has been responsive and awesome....I have had questions at every step in my grow journey, and so far they have been awesome answering questions and giving advice. I just recently started the flowering stage of my first grow. My plant is doing amazing all thanks to an awesome product and support to go along with it!
