Great friendly staff, made us feel at ease. We have been here for both our early scan & 4D and they provide an excellent service.

We visited Hey Baby 4D in Stalybridge for our final countdown scan and had a fantastic experience. The staff were super professional, friendly and reassuring throughout. They took the time to check everything with our baby and reassured us that everything was okay, which meant so much to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a scan. Thank you for making such a special moment even more memorable! ❤️

This is the best place for a scan! They don’t rush and actually do detailed checks and allow time for the best pics etc whilst explaining what it is they’re doing

We went twice to this place, 1st for gender scan which we wanted a secret, they were very secret about it all and the set up was professional. We brought 2 cannons which were reasonable and really enjoyed the experience as a whole.
2nd time was for 4D + upgrade to 8k picture package. Experience again was very good, very professional, got really good scan images and video. Toby the sonographer (we had both times) was absolutely fantastic and really made it fun and informative. He took his time and made sure we got pictures and a good look. 8k photo was VERY cool but yet to see how accurate it is lol i'm due in january.

I honestly can’t recommend EHY Baby Barnsley enough! ❤️ Everyone is always so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and they’re always ready to help whenever you need them. They managed to fit me in with just 20 minutes’ notice, which meant so much to me. 🥹

Seeing my baby’s heartbeat was such an emotional and special moment, and they made me feel so much better and reassured. As an expectant mum, those little moments mean absolutely everything, and I’m so grateful for the kindness, care and support they showed me. 😭❤️

Great place

A really brilliant company! The receptionists are so chatty, friendly and welcoming. The sonographer is great too making you feel at ease and chatting the whole way through the experience. Really lovely scanning room - beautifully decorated. Our baby’s face was partially hidden so we were offered a free rescan. Would definitely recommend 🩷

Amazing clinic for baby scans it’s so relaxing I would never go anywhere else, had my 4D scan done today the photos turned out amazing Tobi is amazing at what he does how he talks you through the whole process and what he’s seeing on the screen, everyone working here is so friendly and welcoming this was my 3rd scan here with my first pregnancy and I will definitely be back before I give birth. Thank you so much 🩵

⭐ Absolutely shocking service from Hey Baby Middlesbrough
I honestly wouldn’t recommend Hey Baby Middlesbrough to anyone after the experience I’ve had.
We were told we were having a boy, only to find out that we were actually having a girl. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this has been handled afterwards has been absolutely disgraceful.
I got in touch over 6 weeks ago and was told the matter would be investigated and someone would be in touch. Nobody contacted me. I rang again last week, only to be told once again that a manager would contact me. After hearing nothing, I rang again today and was told that someone would be in touch next week.
Six weeks of chasing, being fobbed off with the same excuses, and not even a single apology! No accountability, no proper communication and absolutely no urgency in resolving the situation.
Getting something like this wrong is upsetting enough, but the way the situation has been dealt with afterwards has made it even worse. The complete lack of communication and the fact that I have had to keep chasing them myself is unacceptable.
Hey Baby Middlesbrough, you should be ashamed of how you have handled this. The very least I expected was an apology and for someone to take responsibility, instead of constantly being told that someone would get back to me.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. The mistake was bad enough, but the lack of aftercare and basic customer service has been even more disappointing.
Six weeks later and I’m still chasing an apology. Absolutely appalling

This company is absolutely amazing! They made me feel so special on one of the most important days of my life.

The three ladies who work there are incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was surrounded by friends and family rather than attending a clinic appointment.

They were so patient and understanding, especially as my baby wasn't making things easy and was sitting in an awkward position! They waited patiently and gave us all the time we needed until he finally moved so we could find out the gender. Their kindness and genuine care made the whole experience even more memorable.

As someone who works late, it can be very difficult to find a clinic that accommodates my schedule, so I was delighted to find that they are open until 8:00 pm. That flexibility made such a difference for me.

And I haven't even mentioned the price yet! The scans are very affordable and offer fantastic value for money. It is rare to find such excellent service at such reasonable prices.

Thank you for making this experience so special. It is a memory I will treasure forever, and I will definitely be returning for more scans throughout my pregnancy. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough! ❤️🥰👶✨ Valeria Guimaraes

Honestly I was so nervous and from the desk staff too the ultrasound everyone was so friendly and soothing.
Very clean and professional and worth every penny to have reassurance and check all was well at 6 weeks

Went to find out gender early and was a great experience start to finish. No waiting time. Lovely staff and knowledgeable ultrasonographer. Couldn’t fault it!
