Absolute Scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These bracelets and this app are an absolute scam, customer service is a joke, and they will not allow you to return your product when it fails.

I got these as a Christmas gift for my parents and the app wasn't available on iOS at all, despite their website saying it was. I contacted customer service and, four days later, they told me the app was not down and asked if I could I PROVE it was down. They then told me I would not get a refund and closed my ticket before I could reply.

Terrible

Terrible! The app always freezes and the bracelet hardly works. I asked for a refund and they apparently don’t offer them. YOUR PRODUCT DOESNT WORK!! You need to give people their money back!!

I emailed customer services and answered a bunch of questions and they have been completely unhelpful.

Nope

These are not worth the money and they don’t offer full refunds. It’s noisy when it tightens and the app freezes and doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Avoid these at all cost

Avoid these at all cost. What a waste of money. Horrible customer service they just ignore you. Didn’t have the bracket more than a week and it stopped working. Horrible company!! Been emailing them every three days and get no answer.

Not worth your money

Not worth your money! They are so big and bulky. I tried getting a return and they wouldn’t let me and i have never even used it. They are not as they advertise, and don’t care to makes things right! Save Your Money!!!

Good but needs improvements

The bracelet feels really nice to have on, the squeeze is gentle (loud as a phone vibration) and haven't had any problems with the app(works good), pairing (like pairing other Bluetooth devices) and costumer center (answerd me in less than a day) like the other reviews.
I would try to fix the disconnecting on it's own part which is kind of annoying because you never know if you partner is receiving/sending the touches.
The worst thing of it is that it doesn't stay on. I was traveling for a while and had to tie it to another bracelet so I wouldn't loose it.
Overall it's a good product which needs some improvements that can make it an amazing product.

Its wont start again

When i first started it, it was connectet. When I clicked my way through the setting I came to the "power off" mode, despite the fact that I followed everything, the bracelet no longer came out of this. I then deinstaled the app and registered again, so he was gone. But now I can't even turn on my bracelet, no matter what I try, it doesn't work, does anyone have an idea what I could do?

So much better than I expected!

I’ll update this review if over time I start having issues but so far this bracelet seems great, don’t let the bad reviews persuade you to not buy as I feel that a lot of the issues stated in the negative reviews have been fixed in recent updates. I love the idea and these Bracelets are so cute, my only slight issues are the noise when it sends a squeeze and although the band is gorgeous the centre part of the bracelet does seem quite plasticky, I still like the way it looks but if the centre part was made of a better quality material it would be perfect although maybe it needs to be made from a lightweight material for the squeezing mechanism (which is very smooth, in fact I tried to get a video of the squeezing but on camera you can’t even see the bracelet move although you can definitely feel, and hear, the squish). The bracelets haven’t disconnected or anything yet so hopefully that problem is sorted, I really don’t think this product deserves some of the negative reviews it gets, I love it.

Poorly executed & outrageous service

Positive:
- actually feels good when it incidentally works

Negative:
- bracelet goes into "stowaway" mode every other minute and can only be switched on by plugging it in, which totally neglects the purpose of surprising your partner throughout the day when you think about him/her
- customer support tried to sell this incredibly useless function as a feature & told me that refunds were not possible

However, I was told that they are working on including an on/off switch for the bracelet in the app which might mitigate this problem, but might as well be a blatant lie

Save your money

I'll start by saying it's an amazing idea but that's where it stops. The technology clearly isn't advanced enough and this project should've held off putting them out there until it was. Instead they wanted to be greedy. The bracelets do not stay paired to your phone. It's not like you walk out of bluetooth range. You could have your phone in your hands, literally an inch away from the bracelet and they won't stay paired. When I requested help from customer service the only response I would get is "We updated some software, do an update to see if that helps." It doesn't. They just drag you along knowing it'll never work but they won't admit or even let you exchange the bracelets in case there really is something wrong with them. Horrible customer service and horrible product.

Don't waste your money and patience!

I wonder if the people at HEY truly welcome feedback from their customers, because if they did, they would have a place on their website for clients to provide feedback and leave reviews. They don't because they know HEY is a scam, in one word, GARBAGE!

Unfortunately, we have nothing good to say about this product. It's unusable. It's always dropping the app connection to a point of exasperation, when we try to connect, it says it can't connect, or it can't find the device, or it does not recognize it!

Including shipping, $130 wasted, and a heartbreaking experience.

This was supposed to be a nice way to keep in touch with a loved one when far away for an extended period of time, turned out to be anything but pleasant; a gift that brought no joy to the gifted pair.

I bought two pcs of this product but I only got one its been more than two months whenever i contact them they answer after few days with the same answer which is they sent them already but never provide a tracking number.
they are just thieves I will never buy from them again.

Unable to connect, kept getting worse.

We got the bracelets, and they couldn’t connect. Then costumer support send us one new bracelet, because they thought it was a defekt bracelt. Now both the two original bracelets are NOT working, and the only semi-functioning bracelet is the extra one we received. Very disappointing.

I bought the bracelet one year ago never received the money back

I bought the bracelet one year ago, I didn't like it and send it back following their guidelines.
One year almost passed and I didn't receive any money and every time I contact the customer service they ask me again again and again my order number etc then they tell me they will let me know and still I didn't receive any money. How would you like to define a company like that?
