The developers at Carson are Shopify experts, no question about it. And they have very fair pricing. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is their timeliness. They were a touch slow to deal with but eventually, everything got taken care of to our satisfaction.

Very satisfied by the work done by Carson on my store, they delivered the task on time, and they communicate constantly with the client.

This is a follow up to my original one-star review. Since leaving the review, several lead developers have reached out to me and assured me they would correct the problem. Yesterday I re-submitted my first task for completion since all I got the first time was instructions on how to do it myself. This time, they were kind enough to complete about 1/3 of the task themselves before responding with instructions on how to complete the task myself. For $250 per month, I expect more than instructions on how to complete a task myself. If I was interested in taking that route, there are countless YouTube videos, tutorials, and Facebook groups that are both free and easier to follow than a series of screenshots that are out of context and provide no additional guidance.
Unless you’re just looking to spend money unnecessarily or pay to learn to do something you could learn from a variety of sources for free, I don’t see much point in this service.

One of the company's I use called Judge Me for customer reviews recommended Carson for developer work for my website. I am a small business and was dreading how much money I might need to spend to resolve my issue. Alexs was assigned to my task and I was so impressed with the service I received. After she assessed my situation and made a few suggestions, she was completely honest in telling me that it did not require further work. With some other companies I have used for developers, I feel like the job keeps growing and becomes so expensive and I am left wondering if all the extra work is needed or if I am being taken advantage of. Therefore I truly appreciate Carson and Alexs, I will be back when need a developer. Thank you so much.

Requested a quote from this company and the forst response was 'please provide us a risk-free money deposit'.
Never in my years as a website developer I have seen such approach. Contacted 4 other developers through shopify experts page - none of them has taken an approach 'pay first before we talk to you'. All of them provided quote without wasting time (and money). Thank you Carson, but will never use your services again.

P.S.
As to the 'passionate' reply from the company as posted in the comment - it simply shows the length the company would go to blame the customer for their incredibly unfriendly attitude.

Here is the reply from the actual company employee (Anna) that shows that they won't provide the quote unless you pay a deposit.
