After reading some reviews I was a little concerned about the quality of heycatch's customer service, but I signed up anyway. I can say now, without a doubt, that their customer service has been top-notch. They've addressed all of my concerns and stayed in pretty much constant communication with me about the problems I was having. They even admitted that one of my issues was a problem with their U/I, and they fixed it immediately. Wow. That's an unusually high level of customer service. Thanks Heycatch team. I appreciate you.

Took a chance on purchase after an Instagram ad. Was the exact target demographic: designer that vibe coded a product that has no clue how to market it. Decided to take a chance and give it a go and so glad I did. It did a surprisingly good job at understanding my site, the target market, and found competitors/comparators I’d never seen before (even though I’ve used another paid service to do competitive analysis). Gave Claude the prompt to diagnose the problems identified and I feel it’s a major improvement on the site. On top of that, I gave constructive feedback on areas I think could make the product even better and the founder was super receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Definitely excited to see this product grow and utilize it more with other ideas I’m working on.
