Amazing customer experience from Katie. Highly recommended this company 👍🏻

Bought the first pair of shapewear in both black and beige.....turns out I needed to size up 😢 so emailed for an exchange and I had a quick response and offered to send the size up without me sending it back to them, but told instead to donate it ☺️which I thought that was lovely and generous ☺️ customer service was amazing 🙌👍 would definitely buy from here again.

Top customer service responded and resolved so fast! I ordered the wrong size in 1 then the other I was sent the incorrect, Katie sent out new items before I had even time to take to the post office. Katie is so lovely and I highly recommend. Obviously haven’t been able to try on yet but the shape wear is great quality! X

I was extremely happy with this company I had an issue with one of the items not fitting and they could not do enough to sort the problem and send me a replacement free of charge

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Prompt to reply. I made an order after reading reviews and seeing advertisement on Instagram. My order unfortunately got lost and Hey Curves were only too happy to provide me with a replacement. They also substituted these for the correct size for me as I ordered a little smaller. Fantastic will definitely order again!

From the moment I ordered my new bras the service I received from HeyCurves was fantastic. Even though my bras didn’t fit and I requested an exchange for another size there was no problem. Katie at HeyCurves told me not to return the original bras but to pass them on to someone who could use them. What a great idea and great service. Ive not received my new bras yet but I know if there’s any problem I’ve complete confidence they will
fix it.

My order was delivered on time but unfortunately, the product was slightly small, so I needed to exchange it for a bigger size.

After sending an email to customer service, the lovely Katie responded the same day and was able to do the exchange for me the day after. As another form of goodwill, Katie told me to keep the original product and donate it to someone that I know, which I thought was a nice touch.

My new product is already on its way...such an excellent speedy friendly service from Katie. xxx

My successful orders!! After my first review after ordering but not benefiting from the products, I've since re ordered and my products are super, I've ordered much more besides and these are AMAZING! I wear a reception front of house uniform and for the first time ever I have a dress! So many compliments people asking me where I've been hiding!! Its given me a boost to wear little summer dresses and jumpsuit feeling confident and free. Thanks Hey curves, I feel fantastic! Xx

I originally ordered a different size, but when I checked my confirmation email I had on fact ordered the wrong one. I emailed straight away to see if it could be altered, but Kate very kindly said that she couldn't change it and to wait for the other to arrive,try it and see,and if no good,to arrange an exchange. I did this and the exchange was very quick and I didn't even need to send back the wrong ones. Very happy with the service I received

I cannot thank Katie from HeyCurves enough! Ordered my first pair of shaping shorts which came but I’d ordered too small a size! I had not entered the correct email address so had no record of order! With Katie’s help, my order was found, bigger size re-ordered but she asked my to donate my unwanted shorts to someone who would also make good use of them! And I have done so! Many thanks HeyCurves

There was an issue with sizing, it was immediately fixed and Katie was a delight to talk to. Super fast responses, really polite, and just such a nice company! Ask really good quality and just 10/10

I ordered size S from hey curve and it was too small so I just send an email to them as asked for size M and in no time I got my order without paying a penny and it fits perfect thank you so much

Poor quality bra, offers no support at all. In fact I’d go as far as to say, a similar one selling in Primark for a few pounds is better quality . They even charge for returns! Misleading advertisement, this bra is over priced and basic quality. If your gonna spend that kind of money I would say go to a reputable established brand.

Useless product, does not fit, and they won’t respond to any any emails. Pls don’t waste your money.
