Worst lending company out there , Had one loan with them paid it off early . They send email after email saying thanks for paying off you can reapply so I have reapplied a few times and you hear absolutely nothing back from them then get another email from them and reply to it that I had reapplied and still nothing back . At least email back and answer a customer question would be nice

first loan went well, asked for a renewal, approved and got the contract. Signed it and then nothing, No response from them either, crap customer service. 2 days later and still no response from them or deposit, avoid this unprofessional company

They will not stop emailing marketing emails every single day emails for the last 4 months. I've asked them to stop and they continue to send marketing emails. These people don't listen. I've reported them to the government for breaking email laws

I had 2 payments remaining and they emailed me stating I could extend my loan and borrow more. Applied, got approved and signed my contract, 24 hours later and I was still waiting for my money. Cancelled my contract and went to another loan agency, got my money within 2 hours from Loan Care

The approval process and contract was quick … 2 days later I still haven’t seen the funds. Starting to wonder if this company is a scam .. if you need funds quick this is not the company for you

Sounds like I’m not alone. Signed contract over 24 hrs ago, no money and no contact. I’ll be reporting them as scammers to the BBB as they cannot be allowed to do this and get away with this crap

I recently paid off my loan yesterday by e-transfer and tried to reborrow today..I got an email stating that I had an outstanding balance still owing. I sent several screenshots showing that they received my final payment plus a screenshot of my account showing I paid the balance off and they are still saying that I still have an outstanding balance. This company was great at the start but now after reborroowing twice I'm having such a hard time. I get no response from them when I ask to talk.toma supervisor or a proper phone number to call. I'm never dealing with this company again

This company has been sending me emails and texts for over a year now saying "you're approved for a renewal" after getting one loan with them. I get the email/texts sometimes twice a day and I've called them and asked to be removed from the list several times but they don't care. Then if you want to get into the criminality of this company, that's a whole other issue.

STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE.

If I can give them a zero I would!!!! They run an illegal operation! Their interest charges do not follow Canadian government regulations on payday loans. They going to your account using different names.. The company has no phone number and they don’t respond to emails. Do not use this company. It’s Highway robbery. There are some good Payday loan lenders out there do not use Payday loans. They run an illegal operation save yourselves. I’m actually gonna have this company investigated through the authorities and the federal government.

Applied for a loan renewal and was approved but never received it. I emailed them multiple times and twice was told to expect the funds within 24 hours, but it’s been 6 days and nothing!! I’m blocking them from my account just in case they try to take “payments” for money they never sent! This is a scam!!

Terrible, they do not respond to emails, there is no way to contact customer service. I have applied with no response from this company. Stay away from this company. They are the worse company I have ever dealt with.

Thomas Evergreen is a fake! He will send you an email indicating you’re eligible for a 2500$ consolidation loan and that you just need to pay your remaining balance on your first loan and that they would send the new funds immediately!
I had sent my remaining balance on what I had left owing which was a pretty good chunk of money that I needed for the week! They ghosted me. Now I am out all of my money and nothing for the next couple weeks!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am reporting this onwards !!

I signed the contract yesterday, but it’s been 24 hours and the funds haven’t arrived. This is my second loan with them, and while my first experience was great—quick and responsive—my current experience is disappointing.
