Tried to contact customer service using e-mail address provided and was returned in mail-daemon as undeliverable. Looked at receipt from Paypal and had Chinese writing and different email address. Opened fraud complaint with my credit card company.
They are a scam! Do not buy any shoes from them! I bought 3 pairs of shoes from their website because they were having a sale, buy 2 get 1 free! Sounds great and all but it was a big mistake!
I purchased the shoes on November 7th, 2021, and did not receive the shoes until December 28th, 2021! I sent many messages asking where my shoes were and they responded stating:
"Hello friend,
We apologize for this, as some of these orders have been delayed due to the recent surge in orders.
But don’t worry, we have increased the number of employees,
Our standard delivery time is about 12-18 working days,
Please be patient, the package will arrive soon."
Their website states their company is based out of New York, New York but in all actuality they are shipping shoes from CHINA but nowhere are they disclosing this information to their customers!!
Once my shoes did show up they had a horrible chemical smell, the shoes were 2 sizes too small, and they had no holes so I could thread the shoe laces through! They also did not have the Dude label on them to signify that they were actually Hey Dude shoes!!
I emailed customer service stating that I was going to return the shoes and that I wanted my money refunded. They replied stating that they would only refund me $15!!! $15!!! That is it! I paid $80 and they are only refunding me $15...pure frauds! Do not buy from these crooked people!!
