Do not order from this company, will not reply to my messages for a refund and when they eventually did get back to me they offered me 20% of the price of the dress which cost £90. They have not messaged me since. Do not order from them they are not trustworthy they just want your money.

I placed an order on the 5th January 2025 for a pair of boots , I received a tracking confirmation on the 9th Jan. it’s now 2nd March 2025 and still no delivery . I sent over 10 emails and tried on line chat too. Finally after 6 weeks I got a reply from Ram Paudel saying the delay was due to Chinese New Year . 2 weeks later it’s still saying in transit and they have not replied to my other 3 emails.
I have now taken up the matter with my credit card company.
I would avoid this company as it’s caused anxiety for too long now , and I wish I had read the reviews before having ever ordered from Heyfille, which changed their company name only over a year ago.

Order still not received after 1 month. Tried to call contact number but the inbox is full. I had one reply to an email saying there was something wrong with the address. I provided another UK address and never heard back. Awful customer service unfortunately and no order in sight!

I bought this dress for my 18th Birthday and would not stop getting compliments all night, not only from my friends but the general public! Loved it.

Super cute, but size up! I’m 5’3”, 125 lbs, usually a small, but had to exchange for a medium.

Ordered two dresses worth 80 pound, once delivered I was missing one of the two dresses, shocking material, and not like photos shown, I’ve been miss sold. Attempted to contact via email and phone no response. Communication is SHOCKING. I have no resolution to this 7 weeks later, and no refund. The company is a sham, a scam. And would never use. They are incapable, of responding to customers. And I am disgusted at the way this hasn’t been dealt with.

This dress is gorgeous! The satin feels amazing, and though I made minor fit adjustments, it’s a stunning piece at a fantastic price!

Sent wrong size. Refuse to communicate. Do not use this firm unless you are willing to be disapointed and out of pocket

I returned a cardigan and sent proof of postage. I have emailed many times for my refund but they do not respond. Do not not nit deal with this company. It’s a total rip off

Absolutely gutted. I’ve lost so much money with this company. My order is over 4 weeks late (still not received). This company never respond. It’s cruel what they are doing. Taking money off people and not seeing through the order. Absolute scam 💔

Incomplete order received, no trousers sent only the shirt. Taking ages for anyone to respond to any of my emails. Also very poor quality shirt. Would not recommend buying from this website

Ordered a dress which arrived far too late. Emailed to request a refund and they emailed back to explain why it took so long to arrive with me, but didn’t send me details for a refund. I have emailed again and tried other contact routes and they are ignoring me. Just want to return the dress and get my money back

My order was a week late and the quality was very different to the picture. The fact it was a week late meant I could not wear it for my rehearsal dinner. I tried to return my dress and received an email with an order number request and I have not heart back since. Very disappointed.

The fitting of the dress was on point, I received a lot of complements on my prom night. Could not have asked for anything better!
