I've used their Catalase capsules for 3-4 months combined with the root revival lotion. No benefits at all. I've tried to publish a review several times, even with photos, but they never published or answered my requests.

Scam! Utter rubbish product no care in after sales, don’t go on their word and the product looks terrible and cheap.

I ordered products from Heyhair many months ago. My parcel never arrived, and despite multiple emails, documented evidences, Heyhair refuses to process a refund.

They shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the seller is fully responsible for delivery until final handover.

After weeks of being ignored and receiving template replies, I have no resolution. This is extremely disappointing customer service and a complete disregard for EU consumer protection regulations.

I strongly advise other customers to be very cautious when ordering. I am now forced to consider filing a formal dispute through my payment provider and informing the relevant consumer protection authorities.

This is a scam. Doesn’t work and they don’t honour their refund policy.

They are scammers. Their product doesnt work and they won't honor their refund policy. So I disputed it with my cc company and got my money back. My advice if you want to buy their product dispute it right away. They didnt even challenge the dispute.

Jovelle is a scammer who sent an email promising to refund based on photos and non satisfaction, but then argued and refused.
Im contacting BBB and IRS because they are stealing from customers.

I ordered over £400 worth of items, Atrocious service have to wait for days just for a response. I sent the catalase back for a refund they recieved it 22 April 2025 and confirmed this. Now they won’t issue refund there still investigating and claim product is opened. I have proof which I emailed, they have started making up excuses to not issue refund. Will not be ordering ever again or reccomending to anyone!

If there was zero star, I'd give that. I ordered it on 7 Feb 2025. Up to this date, 28 April, I haven't received my order. Contacted customer service many times and they told me to keep checking the order tracking. They refused to even address my request for a refund. They just take your money and don't care whether you receive your order.

I was pretty much 100% gray. I’ve been using it about three months and I have noticed quite a few dark hairs coming back. I don’t know how long it might take to get all my hair back to normal if that’s even possible, but I have noticed a big difference in the three months

I thought I canceled my subscription... was sent a notification that my subscription order was being sent a few months later. I immediately sent an email to cancel. A few days later they said they couldn't cancel the order and I could return it (minus a 20% restocking fee). Then I went through the cancelation process again. You have confirm your cancelation on 4 consecutive screens. Each one says "confirm cancelation", so I assumed one would have been sufficient. An obvious attempt at making the process difficult.

bought to try one time, then they kept on subscription even though i never signed up for this.

My understanding from the disclaimers is that this product won't work for everybody, and the reviews here seem largely populated by those who did not see an improvement. I however, did see a noticeable reduction in grey hair over a few months of consistent use - much to my delight!

It's a scam. It doesn't work and does not reverse any grey hair

They says consistency is the key. It is true if the product actually worked. It doesn't. I took it consistenly for about one year. No change for grey reversal.

Wish I could give this product a less then 0! This is useless. I am thinking of sending it to a lab to analyze. I tried it for a year. I took pictures of before and after, didn’t work. These mom and pop business should be taken out of business for their useless product. At the beginning I send them a picture of my white hair. I am completely white. They said I “ was a good candidate “ after 6 months they changed their policy that “Once white hair loses its pigment it will not return.” Guess they figured their product wasn’t working and they had to change their policy! Hope they go out of business! Don’t buy this product!

Least helpful, product was a con didn’t do as advertised not even one white hair was gone, asked for refund and but showing small prints, don’t waste your money! Pathetic service and rubbish product!

Subscription service is hard to escape, customer service is terrible, money back guarantee is worthless, product didn’t work for me and made no difference at all after 9 months.

Received the shipment with unsealed serum bottles and one was completely spilled and they said it’s not their responsibility
They subscribed me to their three month subscription without my consent
