This store is all about community. It's honestly so nice to see how many events there are and how much they do for their customers. The staff members are always so nice and will always help you out if there are problems with your order, and fairly compensate depending on the problems you have. Not to mention the intense safe and exciting vibe they have when you walk in either of their stores. Honestly a 10/10 experience, I wouldn't recommend any other store
My daughter is in love with her skz lightstick and I’m very happy with this shop customer service/experience. First I was trying to pay for my order with Klarna but always in the end I was getting a black screen with an error message. I wrote to them through Instagram and I got an answer very fast. Few weeks later I did the order but didn’t get any email confirmation.. saw lots of bad reviews here and I was getting a bit anxious.. I went back to text them on insta about the confirmation email that I didn’t get.. once again they were fast and very friendly, checked my order informations to see if everything was ok and that made me feel in peace. They said it would take approximately 2-3 weeks for me to get my order but today, sinterklaas evening(8 days later) I received my package and my daughter is very happy with her sinterklaas gift🥹🤗 Thank you very much!! I highly recommend this shop and I’m definitely going to buy with them again!!
