I ordered two callendars on Nov.26 2024. It is now Dec. 9 and I have not received them. The site to track them doesn't seem to be legit. It's a shame people are so corrupt and take advantage of decent people.

Ordered an Elf on the Shelf kit from them and there are no instructions anywhere and all of the days have like one weird piece in them and i have no idea what the heck i'm supposed to do with it. So disappointed.

RUN, DONT WALK, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Horror advent calendar. It advertised as lego people, minifigs, what I got was 4 minifigs and the rest were flat pieces of plastic. What a scam. What a disappointment.

I ordered a Giant Gnome Advent Calendar, and the Gnomes were supposed to be 12" tall. The package that I received wasn't even 12" wide. This company is a total scam. The picture that they showed was a lady holding a box half as tall as she was and a 12" Gnome sitting on the box. People work hard for their money, and there companies out there scamming the public. Don't order from them

I ordered the 24 day elf kit for an easy elf on the shelf experience. Not only did it take almost 2 months to arrive, it only has 21 days instead of the advertised 24 days that I paid for! Their communication throughout the delivery process was beyond poor and the tracking didn’t work, I’d given up that it was actually coming until it just showed up on the doorstep today. I’m hoping that some of the ideas will be useful but I feel like it’s going to be more stress than any other year. 100% avoid!

If i could leave negative stars i would. this site is 100% a scam. they advertise pictures of quality items and then send you bullsh!t. And then they won't reply to emails and they don't have a contact number. straight up stealing your money. i ordered a silicone mask of an old man with real facial hair and hair on his head. and i got a plastic piece of crap with painted on hair. i would love to kick these people right in their nuts. do not order from them.

I ordered two Bug-In Guide copies from Heyisail. What I received was a total fraud. My book was half the thickness of the real book and it contained NO illustrations as advertised. It seemed that I got just some print out pages contained in a cover that resembled the real Bug-In Guide. My friend has the real book and that is NOT what I got. Total SCAM!!

Pictures on website NOT at all what they sent me. I ordered two Halloween advent calenders. In the picture they are all legos, what I got was flat chap plastic pices with a bad prit on them. Total scam. They say I can pay to send back to China for full refund?? F YOU China

This company is a scamming pieces of shit. They take your money they make a fake tracking they tell you it was delivered to someplace not even your address and then they won’t respond after that. It’s a fake scamming site.

Absolute rip off, tried to cancel order numerous times and also tried to get paypal to help with this, they were of ni help either !!!!

Ordered 2 books from them on September 5, 2024 to fill in for our granddaughter. They charged my credit card quickly but I have never received the books. I have emailed them a few times with my order number asking where my order is but they never respond. It’s now the end of October.

Total scam site! Ordered a Halloween movie mini character advent calendar 2 weeks ago. No tracking info, no response from customer service and still no product received.
