DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! I did not want to give even one star to this company but unfortunately to be able to write a review I had too! I purchased and paid for tops to the amount of £72 on the 28th February and have recieved nothing from this company to date. It will be 29 WEEKS tomorrow since I placed my order!! 22 emails later I have resigned myself to the fact that I will not receive anything from this company which means they took my money and did not send my order. I have reported them to Facebook as this was where I saw their advertisements. I did not take the time to check reviews which I regret greatly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

this company should not be able to continue to do business. nothing I. have received is anything like the description on the web shoddy goods not the right size or colour not the right fabric described getting a refund is about impossible I have escalated a dispute to pay palpal ihave had to give 1 star to be able to write this reveiw please do not be tempted to order

If I could click zero stars I would!. 2.5 months for item to arrive. The shabbiest quality I have ever seen. The supposed blue cotton dress was not in any way cotton and stitched with green cotton, fabric so cheap it is completely seethrough and the size was 4inchs less than advertised around the bust area. Emailed company who did respond and asked for pictures. Sent 3 times and still being ignored. NEVER use this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Like everyone else. I have had to give one star to be able to write a review. How they are still allowed to be trading is a mystery. I ordered and paid for 3 tops. After taking my money, I was told one of the tops was out of stock, but wouldn’t give me a refund. It took a further 2 months and countless emails, before I finally received the other 2 tops. When they arrived, one had a hole in it. The other, a different colour to what I had ordered. The quality And sizing was just awful. Contacted company again. They told me it would cost me more to send the tops back, so offered me 10% off!!! After reading these reviews, this seems to be a regular thing. I contacted PayPal who took the dispute on, I finally got my money back through them. I strongly suggest other people do the same who have paid using PayPal.

Don’t want to give this company even one star but can’t write a review until I give it a star. Do NOT buy from this company - I ordered 2 tops - when they turned up, they wouldn’t even fit my 2 year old granddaughter even though I ordered a ‘large’ size. Material is inferior, shabby stitching, wouldn’t even use it for a dishcloth. I have asked for a full refund and been offered 10% and they tell me if I want to return the items it will cost me more than the value of the tops. I am still waiting even though I keep asking. This ‘company’ should not be allowed to advertise or sell their rubbish.

Top never arrived. No tracking number supplied and no help. Do not buy from this company. Dont even know if it is genuine.

Wish like everyone on here I’d read these first. Do not order for so many reasons. The goods are from China, the quality is so poor, the sizes suitable for dolls and then you are slammed with the customs charge and in fact like someone else I still have an outstanding item that I am waiting for but I am not throwing more money at it and Royal Mail can chase them for the customs charge. The reply to the email I got re the customs charge is:

Sorry to hear that. The customs fee is collected by your government, we can not control it. We also have a statement in our website.

Do not waste your time and money.

I wish i had read these reviews before ordering they are true, i can relate to the comments this has happened to me, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY they just want your money, the quality of garments is rubbish the fittings are not correct and you can't return so no refund, it's wrong that they can continue as a company,

I ordered two items thankfully in the sale. I wish I had read some reviews before I placed the order. It took three months for one item to arrive. When it did it looked nothing like the item I ordered. Cheap rubber transfers instead of theovely Print shown in their pictures. Yesterday the post man delivered a customs payment card of £12.21. I have to pay this before I can receive my parcel. I contacted them and the told me to pay it and they would take it up with the logistic company. I messaged them back to say I wasn't prepared to throw money after bad and they should pay it. No reply back and now I've been barred from sending more messages. They have also removed the comment option on Facebook. I have no intention of paying so it will be sent back to them. Hopefully they will have to pay. My advice stay well clear and don't waste your money

I ordered 3 items from this company and when they arrived after a month they were not true so size, in fact nowhere near. I contacted them to organise return and was told to send photos to prove that they were too small! I did this and this was their reply.
"We are sorry for bring you unpleasant shopping experience.

It may be lost in the process of returning. If lost, we can't refund the money to you.
In the process of returning goods, the high custom tax you will be charged. The cost far exceeds the value of the goods.
If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family.
In order to show our sincerity we can give you 10% refund of the amount of the items, do you agree?"
They need to study Amazon's return policy!
Will not be using this company again.

I have awarded I star because you have to award something.
DONOT order anything from this firm. I placed my order in February so about 5 weeks ago!! Nothing. Twice they have told me they have sent it .... Nothing!!
Is it a big scam?

Do not buy from this company. I waited 8 weeks for delivery. They will not take returns. Believe me I am left with 2 items worth 60 pounds

I ordered a top from Heykeira and they sent me the most dreadful dress you have ever seen do not buy from them. They sent me £3 back when I complained. They are just out to get your money and send you a load of rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
