Platform for junk mail

This organisation seems to offer a platform for junk/spam/scam communications from potentially harmful sources. The IP address on many recent junk mails links back to this platform.

I was asked to provide more detail and so I subsequently added the most recent IP source address, the Hostname and the ASN, but Trustpilot said the following:
"Thanks for reviewing heymman.com on Trustpilot.
Unfortunately our software has detected at least one link or other external references in your review, which we don't allow. With that in mind, please edit your review to take out such references."

Bit strange if what I added was deemed unacceptable? Anyhow, it doesn't alter the fact that Heymman are being used by spammers.

Technical Support is non-existent

Technical Support is non-existent, even when available it's garbage! Single man company/team is running the company. When he/she sleeps the company sleeps and with that you will also have to sleep because there is no one to help you! That's how you sell vegetables unfortunately, servers and IT field support should be 24/7/365. Cheap price = cheap everything and this is so true here!

SUPPORT IS SO BAD

SUPPORT IS SO BAD! I REGRET IT.

I've tried ordering here, it turns out the support is really bad. When I open a ticket help, it takes a very long time to reply. This is unprofessional, the staff is long-winded, not to the point. My account was also removed from the member panel for orders. In the order menu, everything is available, when selected, everything is out of stock.

Remember when you give advice to Heymman, your advice will not be accepted. Be it good advice / advice that presses on their place. Even though we all know, a business if given advice and accepts it, they get more value. Want to accept advice for progress.

But they are very arrogant. I regret ordering at heymman, just order elsewhere. The stars and reviews here have proven what their service is like.

NEVER ORDER HERE

If anyone says the service here is bad, that's the truth. 100% The service is indeed bad. The site does not have live chat, while tickets are replied to slowly. I am a new user and ordered, there was no confirmation after 10 hours. More than 12 hours just replied to the ticket but I was surprised by their reply.

Everywhere, buyers are friends, here not, buyers are trash to them.

After I opened a ticket, they said 24 hours to setup the server. I asked them to be faster and that's my only hope. I don't target them to finish in how many hours, but just please speed up, because they told the previous support that if you want it faster, please let me know.

They don't have an FAQ for the length of the server setup. After that they made a unilateral cancellation, my money has not been returned, $ 64 has not yet entered my account. They said in the last word they would refund via paypal, even though I don't use paypal. And they said they would refund in a few days if I used a credit card. Really Stupid!

They didn't ask me, should it be fast? if fast they can't, in fact not. They directly decided and said that I was not a happy customer.

Then they said that some people choose to attack / DDOS their server or call the police. This is so stupid, what kind of support says that customers are challenged to attack their server if they are not happy???

Never order here. I provide proof of screenshots of my tickets on their website. Very stupid and idiotic support team.

Update: Very unprofessional. The business owner cursed me with the words "client from helll". This is very inappropriate for a business owner to do. Even though I asked for my rights as a buyer. I lost money, and I should have received appropriate service. So my account was blocked, I couldn't enter the client page anymore to reply to the ticket. So I share here his last words in the ticket before I couldn't reply to it anymore because it was deleted from his website system.

And what they said is a big lie. I didn't send many tickets / ask for rush by spamming / etc.

"but they chose to bump their sales ticket 5 times in order to rush us"

This is a public lie, they are trying to maintain their good name and say that the client is at fault. I never bump 5 times / more. Only 1 reply and waiting for the next reply from Heymman. He is playing the victim.

Just to clarify the most defamatory part : you were told that the refund of your credit card payment would take a few days to post to your bank account. Really stupid indeed.

Support is bad

I ordered a dedicated server and a 29-block IP. When I created a ticket no. #457831 to provide an IP block order as soon as possible, they just gave me a warning. I bumped their ticket and cancelled my service, and they told me, "We will not be able to do business with you. Our business is not a good fit for you." They also cancelled my mom's account, giving the same reason. But I didn't understand, without any reason, why my mom's account service would be cancelled.

We correctly identified this client as being a client from hell and rejected their new order by politely asking them to order elsewhere. They sent a total of 18 messages within the span of a few hours, masqueraded under an alternative account and sent threaths to try to complete their order.

Excellent services

Excellent services, definitely worth the money. The servers are affordable and perform exceptionally well. While there have been occasional outages, they are infrequent and usually resolved within 30 minutes, causing minimal disruption. The owner excels at providing support and maintaining clear communication. I trust this company completely and feel well taken care of. I love this company and will always support them.

Amazing servers at an excellent price

Amazing servers at an excellent price! The service has been great. Francis is incredibly helpful, always willing to assist, and responds to tickets within 5-10 minutes. He's a really good guy. We've experienced very few outages, which is expected in a hosting company, but he always announces them quickly and resolves them in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend 100%.

The price is good, the server is working very good, there are no problems with the server being offline, it's fast.

I hope when I get my IP pool from ARIN you can help me advertise it on the servers I hire, I hope to do business with you for a long time. Thank you

Affordable, Professional, Precise and Cooperative

I ordered their highest config, and the server was delivered in under 4 hours. Not bad for a very tall order of customizations. Their Customer Service Rep is straight to the point and precise on their responses. They also explained to me how my machine does not boot directly into nvme where it needs a flash drive to boot. The experience was just superb.

Had an incident once where one ssd was not responding well to my machine and was not displaying in iDRAC and the customer representative explained to me in detail their process and the limitations of the reps as we both wait for datacenter tech to replace the drive. They were direct in saying that i should always have a backup, which i always does.

Their network is also superb. No complaints here. You have a long term client here, keep up the good work :)

the prices for the servers are good

the prices for the servers are good. But only the prices.

The technical support is inadequate, apparently they are on drugs. The answers are inadequate, they do not know how to admit their own mistakes.

When you show them that the error is clearly in their actions, you get banned.

I don't recommend doing business with these guys.

@Paul Goodman (alias) rented a server with us from January 5th 2022 to February 4th 2022 (first billing period). They didn't pay for the second billing period and allowed their service to go overdue. They received a first overdue notice on the 6th and a second one later that same day and we then suspended their service. They showed up on the 8th begging for their server to be turned back on so that they could recover their data. We exchanged 8 messages that day, insisting that they must pay for their service that expired 4 days prior. Their defamatory feedback is nothing but a retaliation. The client was reported for non-payment on February 8th 2022 with Fraud Report report code 1d7097247324fcb7.

Support is pathetic

Support is pathetic, not even bad just pathetic.
I have to wait for 3,4 days just to get a simple response.

Server pricing is unbeatable and amazing but poor support kills everything.

@Prateek Gupta reached out on November 9th 2021 for a bulk order of 10 servers that were clearly marked as out of stock and followed-up on the 12th with "no need to reply now, you lost 10x server order because of delay". We replied a couple hours later acknowledging their request. Their defamatory feedback is the result of a less than stellar shopping experience and is extraordinarily harsh.
