Works perfect

I love the breastpumps! They’re amazing! I would recommend them to every breastfeeding mama out there ❤️

Very good material, easy to use. Nice "portable box" to store it to go on weekends,.. Pump is easy to assemble. Long battery. I can do household while pumping, hallelujah.
Why not 5/5 is because when I pour my milk into a bottle, some of the milk always spills/comes out .. and seeing my breastmilk on the counter can be really upsetting..

The pump I bought is very good and I am happy with it, but unfortunately the customer service is not as good as their products...
I had some trouble with the pump (it makes a weird sound when pumping) and I got no real help with it... I had to send pictures and videos again and again and in the end I just got some advice that felt ironic ("Put the parts together correctly"!)😔
I still use the pump but the annoying sound is there!

So far delivery went well. Product works good as well. Even after using the pumps myself a lot I was still able to keep it all nice and clean and resell them again via Vinted not too long ago. Very happy with the pumps, service and delivery. It’s not a speedily delivery so just order on time.

I'm extremely disappointed with the communication from this company. The information provided in their emails is very poor and unhelpful. The promised delivery time has not been respected — it has now been 8 working days since I placed my order and I still have not received the product. This level of service is very frustrating.

The company us sending the pomp really fast , but the pomp is not so good.

I ordered two pumps and delivery time was supposedly 3-5 working days. I received the parcel more that 2 weeks later. I sent several emails and got no reply except for once, where they apologised and said it should be with me soon. The item comes from Asia, which I found nowhere on the site and would have liked to know.
I’ve updated my review to a 3 star one because I did finally receive the parcel and the product itself is so far fine, and I receive an apology from the company on the delay and poor service.
