It was well worth the wait.

I've heard about Heysaber from a few friends beforehand, so I placed my first online order through them. The wait was long, but once the lightsaber was delivered and I inspected the craftmenship and the functionality, I can said it was COMPLETELY worth the wait. The hilt of the saber is good quality metal and has some weight to it. The chip inside worked as intended and Bluetooth connection is strong. Had to walk into another room for the Bluetooth to lose connection. The Xenopixel blade worked as displayed. They even threw in an extra battery and battery charger for free. The processing part may take some time, but once the product is shipped, it's extremely fast and you'll be providing with the tracking number and tracking history. You'll be happy at the end if the day.

There doesn’t seem to be any customer…

There doesn’t seem to be any customer service available. I’ve emailed them a couple time with no response it’s been a couple weeks now luckily I payed through PayPal and hopefully will get a refund soon. The saber arrived on time but started to smoke when on the charger right out of the box. Kinda let down the saber looks amazing and have seen videos with the same saber and my son was beyond excited to play with it but extremely let down when it almost caught fire. I’ve tried both emails available and no response

The Ezra replica saber is so awesome

The Ezra replica saber is so awesome, I got the Xenopixel version and it brings so much joy to my life, I battle my friends and we all have so much fun with these kinds of lightsabers. This isn't my usual brand but the quality is not lacking. I am very happy with my saber and the shipping time wasn't too crazy like I've experienced before with other saber brands.
