Only now have I decided to read the poor reviews and I feel gutted!
I have been depositing money and winning absolutely nothing back. Each transaction/deposit costs more money for the customer as they charge a 2.5% fee per transaction. The game I played on (Golden Winner) was a constant lag. I’ve played this game for years and never have I had such a bad experience. Companies like Hey Spin should be shut down! Made deposit has been take from my bank and it's not showed in my casino account two days later. And no one will speak with me via email or live chat. This site used to be good now they take your money and not let you play. you contact them through there chat to get told come back next week.. you let me make a deposit with no intention of letting me play nor can I withdraw my money there 24 hour chat dont work as I have waited 10 hours for a reply. You dont have a fair play when the RTP return to player is set below 96.4 %
Most online site do this if they have the option from the gaming provider some RTP's are set by the gaming provider and cant be changed by the casino .....that should be a standard for all online casinos period.
Thats just greed when the casino's mess with the RTP and yes you can tell the difference in play when its set below what it should be set at.

Would give it a minus if I could . They stole over 1400. I won on a game but they made out that the game was not working which it was working fine. I was video screening game play so can prove this. Which I will be taking to court to.sort this.
