So far in my internship I learned many useful things some of which I want to share with you to make this personal so you don't feel like I am a brainwashed motivational spam bot: deadlines make the world go around, motivational posters are not my thing, getting out of your comfort zone sometimes is realizing that you genuinely don’t enjoy something and not everything with a different version of latin alphabet is Turkish.

So now that we established that I am in fact a person, let me tell you my opinion about Heysuccess. I've been a Heysuccess intern since January of 2015. I was really excited to get the internship at such a big hub for student opportunities. Before the chance to do the internship it was my favorite place to browse for opportunities. It's beautiful to browse, it is very clear and fast and it is generally a really enjoyable platform to use. Because let's face it - you are a student and you want to know your options fast as much as the next guy/girl. Well buddy, you are in the right place.

Just so you know you can always apply for this internship and you will be informed when the new season opens! It's online, it's flexible and extra experience won't hurt you now won't it? Not just that you can always mark a scholarship, internship, competition or event so you will be reminded of a deadline! Yup, there is an option for that! Isn't that neat huh?

HeySuccess is the way that makes one student totally different with the other. Especially for me, it works, I feel challenging when I surf this website and say “this web that I’ve been waiting: D it’s really connectively the student and their bright future!!”. This web offers the clear opening word when I want to start a competition. Heysuccess is the most important thing that student needs like me. My friend told me that she was lucky to found heysuccess.com, and so do I.

Every single morning (since +/- 6 month we meet HeySuccess), my friend and I always talking about the challenging competition that shared on heysuccess.com We talking about human right essay, prevention of torture writing contest, bidpaper essay (we love writingan essay) and many more. I realize that we are spending our time for totally great positive activity that was making us different with the other student. We talk about opportunities anytime, anywhere, any moment; it is definitely change our behavior. We can feel positive energy around us! Once again, my friend and I were totally changed after saw HeySuccess. We are not just a student collage; we are dreamers who start to catch our dream. And HeySuccess create the way of our goal! I fell more challenging when I have be a part of HeySuccess Internship Challenge Season 4, I have meet the inspiring people here, the people who has a great passion, the people who has an incredible creativity, learn about amazing marketing :D. I also learn about communication skill, time management (we have to work with the other interns in different time zone), how to build a responsibility, and also positive energy around me! And the last, this awesome internship was truly influence my life to keep doing positive things!!!.

While suffering from deep inferiority complex and hesitation, when a guy like me comes across something which makes me see the dreams, holds my hand firmly, honest to teach me the life skills, serious to eradicate my inferiority complex, connects me with the world of global opportunities, doesn't charge a single penny from me; Yes, I'm talking about HeySuccess which works beyond the reservations, helps me in exploring the world and what not! I still remember when I was selected for HeySuccess Internship challenge season 3, it taught me to organise an international event, and right now when I'm an intern in Season 4, it's taught me marketing skills, social media, event management and a lot. There are so many tasks to do and these help a lot.
For example:
My mother language is Chinese. For me, speaking and writing in English is hard and challenging. Not to mention the English CV. Thank god that HeySuccess gave many useful information to let me know how to write English CV.
During this challenge: I was afraid my poor English would make bad expression. I thought “Maybe she cannot understand what I said or what I typed”. But my thought is not necessary. I think I improved myself. I knew how to work with other, especially other countries people. I overcome my fear. Language is not obstruct for me. WODERFUL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! i First got to interact with heysucces through a friend who had just returned from a youth seminar in russia. He was so excited about his experience, and that triggered my curiousity. I checked them up on google, then i visited their site. First thing i was really impressed with the simplicity of the interface , you know all the websites that you visit , and you cant find your way around without assistance, this is not one of them. i found it moving around with ease. then i came a cross their opportunities and i was like , wow. all this and one place, i wish i had found this earlier. I knew about this website around a year ago when a friend of mine recommended it for me. At the beginning, I registered but did not really pay attention to it, until I have started receiving occasionally the newsletters that have lots of opportunities. Yes, I want to apply to them all because all are promising. Then I decided to share them with friends whom I know they care about and created a FB group calling it opportunities.

Heysucess is a well-designed website to provide a variety of opportunities for students to pursue a better career or a more suitable academic path. The main layout is intuitive, user friendly, and easy to follow. The sub tabs are well-organized and self-explanatory.
The website is supported with focused search bars to facilitate the user’s search process and to obtain the best possible results. The search bar has a geographical filter to have even more customized results based upon the user’s preferences. The website goes even further by providing guides to how to start your search and act as an icebreakers for all of those who know their goals but don’t know how to get started.

There are a cyber-trend of websites providing fake opportunities and spreading out false hope to take advantages of the inexperienced students. Yet Heysucess provides its users with verified success stories to assure the user with a genuine valid source of information. The website links the user to a personal email and an account to keep the user up to date with new events and opportunities.

The variety of the options provided gives the website a unique competitive advantage compared to other websites. It provides a path for graduate/undergraduate: scholarships, internships, fellowships, jobs, competitions, and different events with no any charge!

I am linked with HeySuccess for a year now and I have found this website very useful for students, graduates and workers. The sentiment of youth empowerment and the belief that with hard work, brings success is an integral part of HeySuccess. Oh, and they also love surprises.

To begin, one simply must enter in their country and the type of opportunity they're looking for. After that, there's a sidebar that allows for more advanced searching.The interface is clean and simple, allowing the average user to search efficiently with no reservations. The testimonials page is pretty inspiring; it proved to me that with effort comes reward.

While on HeySuccess, I found out they have a unique internship that teaches you skills on marketing. I decided to apply for their internship, and through this, I've gotten to work with people all across the world and across different time zones, edited CV's, learned Prezi and marketing strategies, among other things. Last year, when I was a senior student in NCTU, Taiwan, I was frustrated and had no idea what I’m going to do in the future. I didn’t know if I would be admitted by graduate schools or not. If I was rejected by every graduate school I applied, then I would have to go to work after graduation!

At that heavyhearted moment, I noticed that my friend TaiLien was posting some great chances on facebook. So when I met her in campus, I asked about the detail. She told me the whole story and suggested me to join HeySuccess internship! After the application, I waited for half year did the HeySuccess Internship Challenge Season VI start! Hooray!!

HeySuccess has faith in: ONLY THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. I promised myself that I took this internship to test my limit. Being a HeySuccess intern, I learned to improve my communication skills, time managing skills, prezi skills, photoimpact skills, and any skill that helped me to be stronger. The most important thing I learned is perseverance. The taste of accomplishment after hard work is sweet and addictive, and it keeps me eager to achieve more.

The most interesting during the internship so far was CV challenge. Kawtar Chamama and I were teammates, and after reading through our student's resume, I was surprised that our thoughts were much alike. I think it's because Hey Success provided us with the same information (instruction links), which helped us build consensus.

Despite Kawtar and I have time difference of 8 hours, we still managed to skype together with our student -- Yvonne. I think this task is reciprocal chance to learn from each other. Through Yvonne's feedback, Kawtar and I learned how to respect culture difference as we transformed her resume.

Surprisingly, Kawtar and I were champions of this CV challenge. Despite we encountered many difficulties, persistence paid off! Now I am able to write a killer resume, and I have bigger chance to stand out from thousands of applicants! Besides, I have worldwide friends and my life becomes more interesting!

Hey Success customized search engine and special features made things easier and faster for me ! I used to spend days googling for internships , surfing dozens of pages , getting dissapointed because they don't match my needs or too expansive for me , saving them in different folders in my desktop and then forget about them !==> "True Story " !
Until I landed on Heysuccess.com . It was too good to be true ! At first , i was suspicious , with every click i was waiting for vis card verification :p but there wasn't ! - The Opportunity Section -
The opportunities section is consisted of Scholarships, Graduates, Internships, Events, Competitions and Projects. Each category is filled with hundreds of opportunities, along with an advanced searching system that lets you choose your Country and your desirable destination(s). You are also able to search regarding your specific field of study, the funding or even the dates, along with an extra "keyword" search bar.

In addition, the User Interface is very friendly to the average user, with the system offering various features such as having your personal profile, saving opportunities into your own customizied lists, getting notified on new opportunity additions or even a "refer a friend" mechanism. The "Register" procedure is very fast an easy, experiencing no problems after various testings.

- The Blog -
This section is very nicely built, featuring articles regarding youth, education, guides, motivation and much more. There are more than 4 writers, including the CEO himself. Currently there are 17+ stories to read, covering on totally different topics.

- The Internship Challenge -
HeySuccess hosts an internship by its name, offering students around the world to get real life skills such as basic marketing, event management and public speaking. The support team is fast and most importantly, fully open to suggestions. The social media staff is interactive and sociable, answering questions and often providing solutions.

- Other comments -
The website was recently upgraded, and it is possible to experience some bugs.
The opportunity search mechanism lacks a global search bar, key-word based only. Right now, it is required to submit your current country of residence, so if you want to search about something in general, it might get frustrating.
At the moment, the only language supported is English, which may be problematic in some cases.
It also seems that there is no mobile website version available.

Nevertheless, the helpdesk always seeks for feedback and suggestions in order to provide the best user experience, spreading the opportunities more efficiently.
My rating is 4/5, giving a motivation to improve and a reason to never settle and expand.

It seems to me that I can not find the right words to briefly describe my experience in working with HeySuccess team. First of all, one sentence is too little, and the other side not enough space, because that would be an essay.
Most want to commend HeySuccess team that is constantly there to provide all necessary information, to help, hear ideas and proposals, regardless of time of day or night.

Since first summer vacations of my university I always think that I must do an internship where I can kill my thirst of learning and groom my skills, though I understand I can’t learn these excited things from university. So since long I was searching for an internship where my dream comes true. Even though I have worked in National Internship Program (NIP) for a period of 1 year, I gain a lot of experience but still I was in search of international internship.
