Bathroom vanity not fit for purpose!
I purchased the Flow 2 Drawer Standing Bathroom 60cm Vanity Cabinet with Basin – Cashmere in July 2025. Shortly after installation, the edges of the unit began swelling, showing that it is not moisture resistant and is completely unsuitable for a bathroom environment.
I raised a warranty claim and was sent a replacement unit at the end of October 2025. Unfortunately, the replacement has failed in exactly the same way. This clearly isn’t a one-off batch issue — it’s a badly designed product made from poor-quality materials.
Despite this, Heze has now refused my second warranty claim, blaming the installation rather than accepting responsibility for a clearly defective product. I have paid for installation twice at my own expense, only to be left with another failed unit.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing and dismissive especially by someone called Kinga. Being told the fault is mine after two identical failures is unacceptable. This product is not fit for purpose, and the company does not stand behind what it sells.
I would strongly advise against buying this vanity unit or purchasing from Heze at all
Ordered the Dalia bathroom set
Ordered the Dalia bathroom set , was unfortunately damaged once we tried to assemble this was out of line and was too big for the big for the space ordered. Contacted Heze via email and over the phone, however they were unwilling to even offer a replacement or an alternative and did not want to also provide a refund. I offered to bring back the items to them directly however the man on the phone was very unhelpful and seemed like he did not want to lose £400+ on this set. This is appalling service and very disappointing overall bad experience was referred from b&q however will definitely not be buying from here again absolutely disgrace . I’d rather go to ikea where they will look after you properly like a customer should have been.

We had our kitchen designed and supplied by Heze, and the whole experience was simply outstanding. From the very first design to the final result, everything was handled with great attention to detail and professionalism. Edyta was incredible – always available, patient with all our questions, and genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
We also chose the stone worktops from one of Heze’s trusted partners, and Ilona was brilliant in helping us through every step of the process – everything went smoothly and the result was just beautiful.
On top of that, the pricing was very fair – excellent value for such high quality and craftsmanship. We couldn’t recommend Heze more highly!
Untruthful correspondence
Similar experience to below customer.
Ordered TV stand to be delivered between 7-10days. No correspondence so chased up at day 10 to discuss dispatch.
Advised would be discharged later that day. Still no correspondence near to shop closing so called again to find out why no tracking received. I was advised there had been a delay from shipment from Poland and was guranteed it would be with Heze 5 days later and immediately dispatched to myself first thing Monday morning. I was offered £35 discount for inconvenience. No explanation as to why I was told it would be dispatched that morning if not even available.
Called first thing Monday, was advised furniture would now be there the following week (another 7-10days). Offered £60 discount to continue with purchase.
Immediately cancelled order and requested refund.
Clearly using delay tactics for furniture they don’t know will be arriving.
Zero customer service. Run.
TV unit was supposed to be delivered between 7-10 working days from ordering. A month later and all I can say is this company's customer service is terrible.
Item was delayed in arriving at their depot - no communication provided. Ignored our emails, ignored the contact us forms, couldn't get anyone on the phone. Eventually gave us £30 refund as an apology and a promise that it would be delivered 'next week'. A week later we had to chase again, no return communication and ended up raising a dispute with my bank. Eventually got through to them and was told 'another week'. Cancelled and still waiting for a refund.
Worst furniture company we've ever used.

Excellent service on every step & great value for money.
When choosing & designing my kitchen I received from Edyta a very professional & personal to my requirements experience and was completely satisfied & confident in our final decisions. I expressed my desire to receive the Kitchen quickly & Edyta went to every effort to ensure that this happen. I have received my kitchen today which took 7 working days for delivery. Absolutely excellent service. Porta - the delivery driver was very friendly & notified of estimated arrival time & it arrived on time as he stated. I haven’t obviously put the kitchen together yet, but I am more than confident that it will look beautiful.

I brought my kitchen from Heze and they were very helpful every step of the way from ordering to delivery.
It was very easy to contact them by telephone or via WhatsApp.
I had to make some adjustments with two doors and extra kick boards, this was due to my error and not theirs. I was not charged extra and they sent replacements without any fuss.
I would definitely recommend them and I would consider purchasing another kitchen if I undertake another kitchen in the future.
What a great company.

While purchasing our sofa, we did not expect it to be delivered and assembled as well, but on the delivery day, we were very positively surprised that two members of staff worked tirelessly to put it together after they dropped it off at no extra charge, and left us some freebies as well! We are already planning further furniture orders with Heze!
Will recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely Delighted!
Absolutely thrilled with my experience! The Buffalo sofa is stunning, the wall slats and doors are top quality – everything looks even better than I imagined. The customer service was first-class – kind, helpful, and professional throughout. Delivery was careful and super friendly – they even took all the cardboard packaging with them! One big WOW from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back soon – next up: bathroom, kitchen, and a coffee table!
