    I reported last time that when you…

    I reported last time that when you register and want to open an account you struggle to get the server you need. After the Cape Town show, i Thought that I will give them another try. I wanted to open an MT4 demo account. What a difficult experience. Its like the broker does not fix their issues. Log into other FX brokers and learn.

    Warning corner: This exchange is doing very unreasonable business, I'm being held back by the exchange, the exchange told me I was in violation, but did not provide detailed evidence, and did not allow withdrawals, everyone should not trade on this exchange, avoid losing money.

    ⚠️ Important Warning to Traders and IBs Considering HFM

    Months later, HFM is still responding with the exact same copy-paste message instead of resolving the actual dispute.
    At this point, the repeated template reply itself has become part of the problem.
    If the company truly acted “in clients’ best interests” and provided “sufficient time” as claimed, then this case should have been resolved long ago — not continuously ignored while affected clients and partners are still publicly requesting compensation and accountability.
    From my experience, this raises a serious concern:
    What happens to traders and IBs when real financial damage occurs?
    Because in my case: • Significant trading-related losses occurred
    • Business investments and client networks were damaged
    • Compensation requests remain unresolved
    • Public follow-ups receive only automated-style responses instead of real solutions
    This is not what professional dispute handling should look like.
    Any broker can appear reliable during marketing and client acquisition phases. The real test begins when clients or partners suffer losses and request responsibility from the company.
    I strongly advise traders and IBs to think carefully before building serious business activity around a broker that responds to major disputes with repeated generic statements instead of direct resolutions.
