Air Essentials Jumpsuit size small, Dark Palm colour

I would never promote this product to anyone. The material is cheap and stinks like chemicals and plastic and the construction of the jumpsuit is terrible. I purchased the size small according to the sizing chart provided and the final product is nothing like the photos, description or sizing chart. The legs are excessively long, while the body is extremely short. Not only that but the website page is fully misleading and untruthful. It states that this jumper is on Oprah’s favourite things list and it is not. It also states “free returns”. I initiated a return request as soon as I tried this jumper on after receiving it and was told I have to pay to ship it back to china. This will cost me more than double the amount that I paid for the item in the first place. I am very disappointed with this product and with the customer service received.

Don't buy from this company

We purchased a LED projector as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, it turned out to be incompatible with our devices. Upon contacting customer support to initiate a return, they approved it and provided us with the return address. However, when we were ready to ship the item back, we discovered a significant shipping fee of around £25. The website's return policy demands that customers are responsible for shipping costs, and upon receipt of the item (which isn't guaranteed), they would deduct an additional 20% (restocking fee) from our refund. Additionally, during the initial purchase, a small fee was charged for the exchange rate.

Our encounter highlights the lack of fairness in this company's return policies, particularly crucial for those ordering from a distance through this website.

Package never showed up

I ordered a package almost two months ago and have still received nothing. When I write the company, they just tell me, my package is in transit, but how can it be in transit in my own town for more than a month? I have asked for my money back, without success. Cannot recommend this company at all, seems like scam.

I ordered some sweatshirts for gifts

I ordered some sweatshirts for gifts. I have reached out to them multiple times asking for a refund and they are not working with me. The sweatshirts do not align to the measurements they advertise, and they also have printing on the front that is not in the web page. Not to mention the printing is crooked. I cannot recommend ordering from them ever again. This has been a horrible experience trying to get a refund. what I ordered is not what I got. I am out $100.00. I cannot recommend this company

Not true to size

I ordered bras from this place and followed the measurements that I needed which for a 46DD was size 5x. I received the bras and tried one on and it was not made for my size. The cup size was not DD it was a B. Thes are not for large chested women. When I emailed the company they said that it was the right size (which is a 46 cup DD, which is their Cup B) that I ordered and that if I want to send the 3 bras back I would have to send them back to the China branch at my own expense. Which by the time I pay Shipping I would have paid twice the amount for 3 bras that I can't wear. They were not true to size and if you ordered something that doesn't fit its the customers fault and you are on your own. It is better to work with American companies.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Ordered an item advertised as solar powered. The delivery came with an ordinary battery powered lamp. Requested a replacement but was given the run around on delivery details. A replacement never arrived. Customer service was not good and it was only after a lot of persistence that they offered to refund half the money.
