The product they advertise does not match the description in advertising...items are complete garbage and please never buy from them...just waist of money and time to get a refund...They a liers and business is not honest and respectful...they only take your money and don't care about the customers
Delivery took a long time. Item was delivered to the wrong address.
I ordered size 8 shoes received size 6.5 and no insoles as advertised.
They ignored emails so had to go through PayPal and then they replied immediately, asking me to remove the complaint to PayPal and then they would give me 50% refund.
I explained that shoes were no good to me and for them to send label for return. One week later and still no reply.
Please don't order anything from this company. This is another "Tidenox" (read their reviews) untrustworthy business based in China. HHXUSGift sells the same products... bags that appear to be quilted and plush in their adverts but actually turn out to be screen printed and poorly made. And that's if they arrive at all. The communication with them will be based around offering you discount coupons on your next order or half your money back as a refund. If you've already ordered from them and you have used a credit card or PayPal, you'll get your money back if you raise a dispute. Otherwise, you've lost out.
I would rate this as less than one (1) if I could. I ordered an item from this company almost 30 days ago (nearly $50) and keep getting "canned" responses that they are sorry for the inconvenience but my item has been shipped! Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
I think it’s highly likely this is a scam. There are several companies based in China, usually closing down sales or to good to be true Christmas gift shops. All have turned out to be scams. Do nor buy from any of them.
I placed my order on 11/12/2025, I have not received my order as of 11/30/2025. The Co. is in China. I have gotten several email response from them, but I am concerned if I will receive my order. Please let me know if I have been scammed. Thanks, Harry
