I truly believed in hi, but until now was nothing short of a disappointment.

I staked for gold and I was having trouble getting my card activated. At the beginning they responded, but the more time passed the more they pushed people away. Now if you need support you have to fill out a google form. Seriously google form?
And now I received an email that they apparently locked out all, or a big number of card owners because of fraudulent behaviour by some users.

Support through the app is non existent and even back when it was existent the support in my experience only said it resolved the issue without truly changing anything.

It’s sad to see because they could really be the new and even better crypto.com but are either good fraudsters or they bit of more than they can chew. I hope for the latter but I prepare for the first.

I have been here since the very beginning im seeing a progress like everyday the team is strict to their words .. project is achieving the potentials with none stoppages.

I had half of my HI taken back by them with no warning. Lost half my stack. Was given a rediculous explanation. Wasted a year waiting for HI to be unlocked. SCAM

No way to change phone number. Jerks stole all my coins when I created a new account and asked to transfer after years of not being able change the phone number. Useless garbage. Thanks for wasting my time for years. Hope you get what you deserve! Jail time.

Bad company and project,
This company is have trick for stolen your money. If u put your money in there. They will lock your account with your miney inside, and never get back again.
Customer support just fake trick. He never hear about complain.
And who get 5 start in this trustpilot is a bot.

A fraudulent company, closes your account when you have the money on it, does not answer my e-mail, nothing!

at least this app is very good. programs and events have brilliant ideas. it's just that unexpected things happen that make it ineffective.

I was found up for this company on Medium and I was thinking that is maybe time to enter because they don't give entry because it is difficult to give such a hi who they presented like BTC so that one hi is worth many and ok they let me in but inside no friendly environment just go give us people and you can stay and because of kyc I must give them my password and I think that this is normal and I was understand that is my only tcket to stay give them new people but at the moment my girlfriend had the old Id card and because of that I was angry.Waiting for new Id is problem because at the moment my friends are working on the boats and they are working 2 month there and than they are free for 2 month here and you have rules for Hi and they put on my account 2 Hi and I been there maybe 12 or 13 days and I enter few times on my credentials just to see is it everything ok and like everyday I have good times with bots who will speak about rules and I understand them no money no honey because Hi is no different like lots of them so one day I was try to enter but my credentials wasn't worth any more and two days after my girlfriend gets new ID for kyc but we need to past kyc for PI because I past it few days ago and we are now thinking that this Hi have bugs or something so that will be ok we think enter and past kyc with HI and then are friends will come from boath and I will call them in HI because Hi needs that money with no patients so I have everything sorted out but day or two later I have my first mail and they speak with me like I was in the app and I was bit sarkastid and I see that they now have us for a side to be a good costumers and mails start to came every few days wich means they now used my credentials without my consent because I was these days in tthe group HI in telegram and think that we can fined solution but they fly because they used people for the chain without blocks like little by little people start to wonder why we are doing this or that and in the end they took everything from us and we are really ground of every project until Satoshi Nakamoto and that we are doing and we must buy our work because nobody understand what is our job and I newer gets one dime for it.OK I am angry little bit and I allready forget Hi and who are them but two days ago I got the mail from them and they preying poor all me for this Trustpillot and after all they got some gut's to give me a direkcion hove to give them 5 stars and I put some perfect rewiev but they doesn't understand that I am a child of Policeman the best in this field and I newer lie for none and ok.My father is now just at hook judge in part time.In the end I think that they must learn and and grow up if they think be something or someone in this World. I came to know about hi through Google search and ever since my experience has been awesome.
I use hi because of fast transfers and security. One thing I like the most is about the fast response and resolve from customer care.

I don't experience a lot but I'm willing to take a risk for selling and trading in this kind of platform.

Transactions take forever or get canceled after days.
Internal regulations don’t correspond to ads —> misleading.
Doesn’t feel safe to give them money.

Hello, I joined the Hi community less than 2 months ago and I'm glad I joined now and not after. It is truly a unique and promising project in the cryptocurrency industry. HI will become the best platform. And on top of that a real reference bank in the cryptocurrency sector. The first one ! We can already see the seriousness of the founders. These people who are at the origin of this project will give a breath of fresh air to this sector which unfortunately has been shaken lately... The app is easy to use. The big innovation to come is the payment card. With great benefits to boot. I recommend this application to anyone who will hesitate.

A promising crypto project. The community is very friendly and open. Please do your own research and read the Hi whitepaper and debit card information on the website. The support is responsive though you may have to be patient at times. Recommend joining the telegram group, lots of nice and knowledgeable people to discuss Hi and ask questions.

Deposited fiat via IBAN and seems I won't ever gonna need my local bank (or PayPal) again after the cards are out. Too bad my PayPal throws an action impossible type of error after I try linking the GBP IBAN bank but that is a complaint for their end, just wanted to mention that I try to milk every single IBAN promotion HI reward hehe, nevertheless the EUR IBAN was linked succesfully and that's great since the current currency of my country is EUR! Can't wait for the best crypto card out there! That cashback must be gathered now that the token price is at its ATL!!!

A very easy app, regular updates, good support. This exchange has IBAN so it's free and fast to send fiat. Now I'm waiting on my credit card. It's really easy for beginners.

If you accept vesting you get a better token price. Rewards for token holding. For me everything is fine.

At the moment everything is fine. IBAN is created, benefits are coming every day and now we have to wait for the card. I'm looking forward to the next steps with hi.

Update may 23: My card together with hundreds of other used is locked with no explanation.1600 euro lost!

Old review:
I deposited/ withdrawal euro, usdt, hi. All works fine. In November the hi mastercards join the party. And you can spend crypto in real life. It's not perfect yet but definitely moving forward.
