That had developed a defect

Customer Services Sarah was fantastic, helped me very quickly with a problem we had of my own fault, resolved promptly and so efficient and easy to deal with. Great customer service. And the Mirror Cabinet looks amazing thanks.

Excellent customer service from Sarah…

Excellent customer service from Sarah at HiB, we’ve had HiB bathroom cabinets before and our present one had given excellent service but developed an issue. Sarah picked up my enquiry, dealt with it promptly , efficiently and with excellent service. It kinda restores your faith a little when a company and employee go beyond their statutory duty and delight a customer , brilliant!

Great customer service

We’ve had our Vanquish bathroom cabinet since 2023 and it’s been a fantastic addition to our bathroom – really beautiful design and excellent quality. It looks great, feels well made, and has been very practical day-to-day.

Recently we experienced a minor fault with the cabinet. Although this was outside of the warranty period, I was really impressed with the customer service. The team responded incredibly quickly and were helpful and proactive in finding a resolution – in less than 24 hours – ultimately agreeing to replace the unit.

Issues can happen with any product- it’s how a company handles them that really matters. In this case, they were excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the product and the company.

Replacement Cabinet doors

Would thoroughly recommend this company. Their Product Quality is great but their customer service is better, notably their after sales. I had an issue with the doors on a Bluetooth cabinet that i purchased from them and i just couldn't lay my hands on the invoice despite searching everywhere. Dealt with Sarah who was really helpful and communicated promptly. Doors were replaced as goodwill gesture. Will definitely purchase from HIB in the future.

Dangerous product that should be recalled

We purchased the HIB Fusion Pill Mirror and hung in our bathroom using the manufacturer supplied fixings. The mirror suddenly fell off the wall without anyone nearby breaking tiles in the process within 8 months of being hung. On inspection the glue applied in the manufacture process adhering the fixings to the back of the mirror completely failed, and the fixing panels came apart from the mirror. This is clearly a fault with the manufacturing process and other product reviews on the internet report the same problem. Never mind I thought, at least the mirror carries a 5 year product guarantee. Except retailer is refusing to refund as apparently the manufacturer believes this is accidental damage or fair wear and tear. How on earth can a mirror completely fall apart within 8 months and that be fair wear and tear? Why would a product have a 5 year warranty if it's expected life is 8 months? And neither can anyone explain what accident could have caused this damage - because there wasn't one. The product is quite simply FAULTY.

We have been left with no mirror and an expensive repair job for our bathroom tiles.

We were lucky that no one got hurt. This is a heavy mirror and should be recalled on product safety grounds before anyone gets hurt. There is an established pattern of similar failures and damage to property. If you have this mirror at home take it down immediately.

I would not trust any products made by this company on the basis of this experience.

Refreshingly rare customer service

Had an issue with a shower seat leg this morning after a couple of years use, contacted product support with photo’s, within minutes Laura came back, ordered a replacement immediately without fuss as was still under warranty and is now on it’s way.

Not only do HIB make quality products but it’s very rare to receive customer service this good these days.

Enquiry dealt with superfast

From an initial enquiry I made on Monday AM regarding a replacement leg for a shower stool, the response has been fantastic. Sarah was very good and very professional throughout. HIB don't do replacement parts for the stool. So instead we were sent free of charge, as a goodwill gesture, a complete new stool. This duly arrived early on Wednesday morning. My husband and I were more than impressed. We have experience over the years with genuine complaints to other Company's, and I can honestly say none of them were dealt with as promptly as HIB.

I had a clients mirror go faulty after 3 1/2 years, the mirror had now been discontinued and although I changed a part it was still faulty, HiB very kindly offered a replacement mirror as close to the original as possible a gesture of goodwill , very professional and prompt response from HiB, a thanks to Sarah

Brilliant service for faulty mirror replacement.

Sarah in customer service was most helpful on hearing that the bathroom cabinet mirror silvering was degrading in places.
On receiving photographic evidence, she arranged for a replacement door to be despatched most efficiently. It arrived two days later with instructions for the replacement process.
All now replaced and working perfectly.
